I don't usually write Google reviews for hotels, but this place really exceeded my expectations in every way! This hotel was so pristine and my room was large, comfortable, and exceptionally clean! I don't think I could have possibly stayed at a hotel here in Charlotte NC in the US where I live for even half the price. The hotel lobby and grounds were also really elegant and I regret I was only in Brno for two days and didn't have time to try the restaurant. The glass elevator to the room also was really interesting. Very rarely do I sleep well in a hotel, but I slept like a baby in this hotel, the rooms were very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. If I ever stay in Brno again, I definitely would be staying here. Also, the staff here is really friendly, many also do speak good English and I enjoyed my conversations with them. They also were accommodating and helped me with different issues with my trip. Thank you very much to the staff at Hotel Passage! I look forward to returning!

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, perfect location and free parking, staff are also nice and friendly. What I didn’t like: they have charged even for small service (dental kits are usually free at same category of hotels but I had to pay for them here!).

A very elegant business hotel at the excellent location near the Brno center. It is easily reachable by public transport from the main train station, and all main attractions in the center are on the walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are really well equipped and spacious, especially for people on the business trips. Also, there is a gym in the hotel available for hotel guests. Breakfast is really delicious and service is highly professional. Overall, the staff was very professional and helpful, and the whole experience was really excellent.
