Stayed in one of the accessable rooms as my father uses a wheelchair. Lift from the carpark is almost to the hotel door. we were very happy with the Walk in shower and large ensuite. A big thank to the hotel staff for all the help given to make our stay enjoyable.
Nice rooms, the previous time I had a really wonderful one. Location convinient close yo the station, not far from downtown. Swimig pool could be fun, it has a current you can swim against. Service people are nice and helpfull when I got in a delayed train late at night.
Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, delicious food... A hotel for every recommendation. Special praise for the woman who leads the hodel, she is wonderful. We will come again❤️
We totally enjoyed our stay at this Novotel. The conversation of the old 19th century barracks into an upscale hotel was impressive. Beautiful room, high grade bedding, great bar and breakfast area. So convenient to train station. Staff were all great. Cecile, the manager, was wonderful.
We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, caring, and proactive. Their warm and attentive service made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept, offering everything you could want for a relaxing stay. It was a pleasure to have so much room to unwind. The whole hotel had a calm ambience and modern comfortable décor. I use an electric wheelchair but was happy to have none of the usual problems. Usually I find unmanageable doors, narrow corridors, ugly and poorly designed disabled bathrooms or breakfast buffets high up out of my reach. Here I felt independent and moved around with ease. My only dislike was there was no toilet door in our accessible room, it was only a fabric curtain which I found lacked dignity. This is something for the designers at head office to address. The food was excellent as well—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Every meal felt carefully prepared and added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with genuine hospitality, lovely rooms, and great food.
