It’s a clean and well maintained hotel set in a peaceful location, with a decent private beach, as well as a restaurant and bar on site. I really appreciated the very fast WiFi and the smart TV in the room. A pleasant surprise was that the room was completely free of insects, which isn’t always obvious in the Caribbean area, especially on the ground floor. Overall, it was a relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

We have just arrived at this hotel and were shocked by the behavior of the guy managing the beach area. Extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful and ill-mannered. His attitude towards guests is unacceptable, as if tourists are bothering him just by being there. It is unbelievable that a hotel claiming to offer quality service allows someone like this to represent them. After reading other reviews, I realized many people experienced exactly the same behavior from him, which means management is clearly aware of the problem and chooses to ignore it. One employee like this can completely ruin the entire hotel experience. Shameful.
Absolutely the worst beach service experience I’ve had in a long time. The beach itself is nice, but the staff completely ruin the atmosphere. The service is arrogant, aggressive and frankly unpleasant. Considering the prices they charge, you would at least expect basic politeness — but that seems to be too much to ask here. The moment you sit on a sunbed, the harassment begins: requests for documents, constant pressure about spending, passive-aggressive comments if the tip is not “sufficient,” and attitude if you ask for something as simple as adjusting an umbrella. Instead of feeling relaxed, you feel monitored and unwelcome the entire time. There are many beautiful beaches on the island with wonderful people and great vibes. Unfortunately, this place is not one of them. I would never come back and definitely would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant beach day.
The room was spacious. The bathtub water was warm not hot. The bathroom had no ventilation and only a sliding door for privacy. The "king" bed was two small beds put together, and you could feel the bedframe poking you in the middle where the two beds met. The balcony was great. We found a fake glue-on eyelash on our blanket. After telling the hotel that we found it but didn't need a fresh cleaning, all they said was sorry. The tap water is not drinkable, and the hotel will only give a single water bottle at check-in, and then tell you to buy your own water from the local grocery store. Water was 6 euro per bottle at the restaurants. The food was good, but limited and very expensive. We visited the local plaza (5 minutes walk from the hotel) every day for all of our meals because the prices were half those of the hotel. The area is extremely isolated. It is great for the peaceful beach and only that. I was grateful that we didn't need to pay for the beach chairs, as residents of the resort. Many of the guests are older visitors from France. I would not recommend this location if you are a young traveller looking to explore the island, unless you rent a car. You will need a car to see the rest of the island, due to the large hills. We rented a car from the hotel and booked "a small car" in advance. They confirmed we would have a VW polo. When we arrived, they had booked it for someone else and replaced our booking with a large SUV. We refused to drive it on the small roads, and they did not offer to compensate for the situation this caused us. We had a small Hyundai for 1 day since that was all the time it was available for. We had initially booked a car for 4 days. "Angel" at reception was kind. The rest of the staff left no impression.
Beautiful location, but French service - they lost my reservation and the beach boy told me that if I don’t like something, there is over a thousand other beaches on the island, help yourself.
