Great location, great staff, and great room!
The staff couldnt have done more arranging taxis, bookings for restaurants and events, and giving recommendations on things to do!
The hotel was on the main road through the old city with the cathedral at the top of the street, our room had a balcony which overlooked the street and the view was amazing and the noise was minimal at night.
We didnt eat at the hotel but the owners also manage several restaurants in town so I can imagine it would have been high quality, we did have several coffees in the lounge whicn were very good.
What a beautiful hotel in a fabulous place. Saint-Malo is a must if you can get there. Lovely location, an amazing walled city with a huge array of restaurants, pubs, shops, ice creameries and scenery! Our hotel room was stunning, super clean, great breakfast and lovely staff.
This is a terrific location inside the ramparts of St. Malo. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is clean and more than adequate. We had a room off the street which meant it was very quiet; we recommend asking for one not on the street. Our only complaint was that there was no place to hang towels; a few hooks would have been nice.
Beautiful boutique hotel.
Room has everything you need, safe: mini fridge: hair dryer: hospitality tray. I found them a bit dark/ rather dreary but decor may appeal to others. We received a warm welcome and location is perfect
I booked two rooms for one night for two couples at this hotel. The rooms were on the fifth floor and were extremely well decorated and the fixtures and fittings of good quality.
Breakfast was good quality too and replaced lunch so good value.
The staff though were lovely and very helpful. I read .ost reviews before I booked and a significant number of complaints were all addressed and rectified when we stayed.
The only criticism is that the bath is quite slippy and my wife fell, not seriously but we showered with one towel in the bath to maintain a better foot grip.
I'd definitely stay again, the quality, price, service and location make it irresistible.
