Whistler Sightseeing Tour From Vancouver: See Horseshoe Bay And Shannon Falls

There were so many breathtaking scenic stops from start to finish, great for taking pictures. This is another experience that would be good for all ages. Charles, our driver, had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing for the entire day, while also providing the history of each stop.

Our guide Charles was very accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. He picked us up at the cruise terminal and dropped us off at the airport at the tour’s end. It was a pleasure to have him lead the tour. The country outside of Vancouver city leading to Whistler is beautiful and worth seeing. Bring rain gear as it rains most days. The finer restaurants aren’t open for lunch, but there are other choices, mainly sandwiches and salads.

Charles did a great job as tour guide. He had a great personality and dropped us off at the airport in time for our flight. The only negative was the pick up. It was unclear where the pick up was (on the street, not in the parking garage).

We booked this tour to reduce the amount of time we had to sit in the airport before our red eyes. Every minute of this tour was worth it and then some. Charles was our guide. He picked us up outside the cruise terminal. Loaded our luggage into the van and took us through Vancouver giving information and History. We then made our way on the sea to sky highway. Stopping in horseshoe bay at a delicious coffee shop, Goldie’s, for coffee, excellent donuts and bathroom/rest. From there we stopped at Shannon falls. Charles walked with us up the trail and took the group photo for us. Our next stop was Whistler. What a neat resort area. Overall great day, great sights, safe driver and at the end Charles dropped us at the airport.

Charles was exceptional- excellent driver, fascinating conversation, he seems to know everyone along the way- the Mayor or King Charles!! We had such fun with him. The company was excellent with all of my questions, our change in tour date, and flexibility with our schedule. We had such a great time we didn’t want it to end. Charles took us to off the beaten path locations, a fabulous donut shop, Shannon Falls is stunning. Clean and comfortable vehicle with plenty of room for our luggage and passengers. Charles was prompt in picking us up from our hotel. He was knowledgeable, funny, and very charismatic. He took us to all the stops listed, but he also allowed us flexibility in timing. We had a great time, and I would recommend this trip to anyone.

This is a must book experience, Charles gave us such a wonderful, varied, warm, funny day. Waterfalls, movie sets, whistler, places to eat, stop for coffee, taking amazing photos. Wow to it all, thank you Charles truly outstanding

Was the most beautiful ride from Vancouver to Whistler Canada, was changing color of the trees,rushing waters and Bears perfect time to see them before hibernation . You can travel by busses, which is really reasonable prices. Made new friends

We really enjoyed this tour to Whistler. Our guide, Charles, provided great personalised service. A small group tour where we stopped at both Horseshoe Bay, and Shannon Falls. The cafe at Horseshoe Bay had amazing donuts. Had about 3 hours of free time in Whistler in which to explore the Village. Unfortunately the gondola was closed due to preparations for winter. The village is beautiful and the three hours flew by. Would recommend this tour.

Wonderful tour with our guide Charlie. He pointed out so many things along the way and looked for wildlife as well. Made a stop at Goldie's Donuts & Bakery which had the most incredible donuts and pastries. Horseshoe Bay was such a lovely area and offered great backdrops for pictures! Shannon Falls were beautiful and Whistler's Village the most delightful way to spend the afternoon. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Had lunch at the Beacon Pub & Eatery which was delicious. If visiting Vancouver, don't miss Whistler's Village! But Charlie made the day so much more enjoyable. His knowledge of the area, his professionalism and personality were awesome. So glad we picked this tour. I highly recommend it!

A perfect day filled with stops showing many beautiful scenic views of Canada and Whistler plus almost 4 hours on our own in Whistler Village. Our guide for the day was Charles who went above and beyond to show us a wonderful time. He was not only knowledgeable about the area but also very helpful and full of personality. Charles, our tour guide, went above and beyond our expectations. He brought us to beautiful photo stops where we were able to take great pictures. He did a great job pointing out places of interest and giving us more information on each. We came away with more knowledge, amazing pictures, and a love of the British Columbia scenery. This is a wonderful full day experience. The journey to Whistler and back is what almost as wonderful as Whistler itself. There are several stops along the way in each direction for local highlights and scenic views. Whistler is fascinating full of shops and restaurants and of course, these spectacular gondola rides to the tops of several mountains.

The trip up to Whistler was amazing with great scenery and some good stops along the way. King Charles was a fantastic tour guide and gave loads of information. He showed us places which we wouldn't even know about had we driven ourselves. There were just the 2 of us on the day so it was like our own private tour. Would definitely recommend this one.

This was a fun tour and it was so nice to not have to drive ourselves. Charles was a great tour guide. The fall were beautiful and the drive is outstanding. Several in our tour took the gondola to the top of the mountain and really enjoyed it. Charles was very cognizant of the need for regular bathroom breaks and stretch stops. Well, this tour was particularly special because the other six people or eight were not able to show up. So as a result, we had a private tour. Charles was very informative, friendly, helpful. He took us to places that we would never have known to ask about. I highly recommend him as a tour guide, he is excellent at his job.

The sight seeing was great. We had a 7 seater with 4 guests. it almost became like a private tour and that was the best part. Our tour guide Charles from Abass tours kept us entertained and was great, very flexible with time and went out of his way.
