Whistler Distillery Tour & Tasting Experience

Two of us went. Another couple was on the tour. Driver and master distiller were very pleasant and we learned a lot. The included chacuterie was also much appreciated.

Charlotte was an amazing host, great experience. Wonderful gin and whiskey. Picnic charcuterie was delicious too.

Our driver, Ryan, was superb, friendly, welcoming and chatty. He explained what we would be doing and delivered us safely to and from the venue. Our hostess at the distillery, Danni, was knowledgeable and engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The tour was awesome! Dani was very knowledgeable and the tasting experience was great! Some really cool and unique flavors! Totally recommend doing when you are in Whistler!!!

Very knowledgeable about Spirit making. Love the small batch making. Wonderful tasting Gin. Too bad it can't be purchased in the US. But worth another trip just for some more bottles.

We booked a Distillery Tour at Montis. Ryan was on point the entire trip. Easy pickup and drop off, helpful tips for getting around Whistler, and lots of great information about the surrounding area. It was a nice evening out. 6 Stars!

Super personal and educational experience that was also fun. The alcohol we sampled was amazing, we ended up taking home 5 different bottles. They will also make custom Gin for customers that will have its own label and can be re-ordered. Staff is smart, hard working, and very fun. Definitely recommend this tour :) you get your moneys worth!

Tour was good, Dani was very enthusiastic about gin. Some of the people in our group who did not like gin decided they want to be gin drinkers.

The different kinds of alcohol were good and so interesting to learn about the distillery! They take custom orders for gin which is super cool. They have a tasting room upstairs that shows all the custom orders they’ve had!

Danny was a fantastic host - super fun and passionate about the craft! Venue was extremely clean - we went with a group and we all agreed that it was the best distillery tour ever!

The hostess Danny was very charming and knowledgeable about spirits. The liquor itself was very good. I can’t wait to order some to be shipped to the states. Very good trip. The cheese and meat box was really good the mix of foods was perfect.

Dylan and Ryan were super friendly and knowledgeable and we had such a great time tasting their wonderful spirits. Thank you guys

We had a great time with Dylan and Ryan in the face of a snow storm. Started off with a pickup from our hotel and short drive down to the distillery where we had a tour of the facility and a tasting of vodka, gin and spirits accompanied with a little charcuterie box. The tastings were super interesting and gave me a newfound appreciation for gin for sure. Then I believe the tour would have just ended with a ride back to the hotel but there was a huge snow storm coming through requiring us to wait it out for a little. So we just went over to the brewery across the street and hung out! Made the best out of a bad situation, once the roads got marginally better Ryan was able to get us home safe and sound. Very professional and fun crew.

Excellent food and drink along with the best company! Ryan was very personable and thoughtful, making this a memorable night for all!

10/10 best experience I’ve ever had in my life thanks to Christmas CAROL and our amazing group. Really couldn’t have asked for better food, drinks or company. I can’t wait to come back and do it again. Worth the trip from Saskatchewan! Much love Carol!!! Cass & Emily will miss you !!!

Ryan collected us from hotel and drove us to Function Junction to distillery, he was engaging and gave us some history of the area and some useful local tips. Charlotte was our host at the distillery and gave us a great tour, it's a small place but makes great gin and vodka, tastings were super and also the little picnic box accompaniment was delicious, also from a local supplier. Ryan then dropped us back at hotel. A really enjoyable couple of hours.

We were collected at our door on a snowy evening by Ryan who used the 10 minute ride to chat about ourselves, give us some local orientation and break the ice for our group. The host at the immaculately clean distillery (oh wow what splendid machinery) was knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and the spirit tasting was a revelation (with really good charcuterie).

This was an enjoyable, wonderful and informative tour. The tour starts with the bus picking us up right outside the hotel, the bus was prompt and the driver was friendly and chatty. This distillery isn't the biggest but our tour guide Charlotte was warm, welcoming and funny and made the tour enjoyable and informative. You'll learn all about the the short history of the tour and the process they use to create their products A small tasting is then enjoyed sampling the products the distillery produces. They are all delicious as is the small snack box provided. My wife and I walked away from the tour having had a wonderful evening and a smile on our face. We can't recommend this tour enough

Absolutely amazing experience. Ryan kept us engaged throughout our ride to/from the distillery and Charlotte is a natural at what she does. This tour was very informative and engaging. This was our groups first time in Whistler and we loved our Montis tour and Ryan’s local intel on the drive! He was informative and incredibly kind. We would absolutely recommend this experience

Ryan picked us up right on time and was incredibly friendly. Upon arrival at Montis, we were greeted and shown around by Charlotte, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Overall, great and fun experience!

Absolutely loved this tour! Was so great to get outside of the main Whistler tourist area and see something a little bit different and more local. Ryan is such an amazing guide and the team at the distillery really know their stuff. Would recommend this and any of their other tours to anyone visiting the Whistler area!

Great experience thanks to Ryan, really friendly and knowledgeable! He picked us up from the Visitor Centre, stopped off to pick up another couple at Creekside and then we headed to Function Junction for the tour. Charlotte at Montis was a great guide for the distillery part, and we enjoyed the tasting (accompanied by a small picnic box of charcuterie). On the way back, Ryan dropped people off at their hotels and gave out discount vouchers for Raven Room and Hunter Gather, really got the sense that nothing was too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend!

Ryan was a fantastic guide and went out of his way for everybody. The food was great and I highly recommend the Whistler Distillery tour. Our Distillery guide was very knowledgeable and full of energy. The gin was great too! I will be back!

Our tour guide, Ryan was a great host and knowledgeable. I had some trouble booking and finding a reservation time that would work but he was very accommodating and got back to me in the same day with a tour that would work with our schedule. Learned a lot at Montis Distillery and enjoyed the tasting of various spirits. I look forward to booking the next tour when I’m back in Whistler. Overall experience 10/10.

This tour was super fun both our driver and hostess had great energy and taught us about Whistler and the history of the distillery/process of making gin and vodka. The tasting room was cozy and welcoming.

We went out on this tour the other day while visiting friends and had the BEST time! Loved the charcuterie option that we had with the tasting. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun and local to do while in Whistler!

A nice and clean ride followed by a friendly and informative tour on the production of the gin. Ryan our driver and Dani the Montis guide were fantastic. Cherry on top was the snack picnic whistler. Would definitely recommend Whistler valley tours

We loved this tour. It was just the right thing to do before our dinner reservation in Whistler Village. Bonus was not having to worry about driving, transport provided on the tour was comfortable and modern and the driver was pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

This is a great tour to Montis Distillery. Dani gave an amazing explanation of the distilling process and the tasting samples were great. It's also possible to purchase the products at the end of the tour. Great that I didn't need to drive.
