West Kelowna Half-day Guided Wine Tour With 4 Wineries

Great overall experience. Murray was great as were all guests. Wine was very good too. But tour took an unexpected 1/2 hr detour to pick up a couple. The couple were nice and fun but it was unfair to the rest of us to extend our tour well past allotted time.

Joshua, our host and driver was awesome! He gave us some history of the area and tips on how to get the best experience out of the tasting.

Andrea, our tour guide, was super friendly and knowledgeable on all things wine and Kelowna! She picked us up and drove us around to all the stops which were amazing. Lots of wine to be had! Make sure you eat something before the half day tour because there are LOTS of wines to taste.

One of the best experiences we have had! We visited four wineries, each with a unique and wonderful atmosphere, and tasted four different wines at each location. Our tour leader, Hope, was very kind, supportive, and professional. I accidentally left my cellphone in the car, and Hope kindly came back to our hotel to return it. She truly went above and beyond her duty, showing great responsibility and commitment. Thank you, Hope, for making our experience even more special!

Had a wonderful time, learned a lot about wine, would have appreciated a snack to pair with the wines. Everyone was lovely. Enjoyed the company and the host.

Ben was a fabulous guide and all 4 wineries were tremendously welcoming. It was nice being part of a small group too.

Beautiful sights. Tastings were delicious. Would definitely try again. Only thing missing was the nibbles. I think everyone would have appreciated a little something to eat.

This was a great wine tour! Our group of three had a lot of fun. We learned a lot about each family owned business, got to try some unique wines! Add to that an exceptional tour guide Joshua, it was a top notch experience.

The BEST Wine Tour we've ever been on! I was part of a large group that enjoyed a half day wine tour in West Kelowna after our conference. We really appreciated the private tour and need to give a big shout out to our guide Steven who kept us on time and in check lol. 17 people is a lot to manage but he was up to the task. Our favourite winery was Mt. Boucherie, but they were all pretty good. I'd recommend Vivid Tours for any wine tour in Kelowna. Our company is already planning our 2027 tour!

I had an incredible experience on the half-day wine tour. Everything was organized beautifully, the wineries were well-chosen, and the pace was perfect for actually enjoying each stop. Our guide Don, was absolutely fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the region. He made the entire outing feel relaxed and fun!

My friend and I had a great time. We visited Black Swift Vineyards, Mount Boucherie Winery, Volcanic Hills, and Frind, and really enjoyed the experience of tasting wines and learning about each winery along the way. Each stop had its own charm and story, which made the afternoon interesting and enjoyable. The people on our tour were absolutely the best!!! Such a fun mix of ages and personalities! Everyone was friendly, easygoing, and made the tour that much more memorable. We laughed a lot and had such a good time connecting with everyone. The only thing I wish was different is that there had been food available, even for purchase, between tastings. A little something to snack on would have made the experience even better. Overall, it was a really fun way to spend an afternoon in West Kelowna, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to explore a few wineries, meet great people, and just enjoy the experience.

We visited 4 wineries in West Kelowna. In all cases, we sampled the wine but didn't see anything of the winery. Of the 4, the Volcanic Hills winery stood out. Our host was very attentive and allowed us to sample the greatest range of wines, including dessert wines with chocolate! The other wineries felt a bit rushed by comparison.

On time. Our tour guide Casey did a great job getting us to all the wineries we visited. Very efficient.

We had a great time! We went to 4 wonderful wineries in West Kelowna. Our driver Freddie was super nice! Can't wait to go back to Kelowna and enjoy more wineries.

Lovely way to spend an afternoon. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Got to try some very nice wines at some wineries with amazing views. Our tour guide Shiloh was very informative and made sure he was available if anyone from the group needed anything.

Guides are great. If you have any mobility issues, getting in and out of the van can be difficult as there was no interim step. The wineries were fine. Unfortunately a couple of them were out of stock, so some disappointing tastings. It is September so it's almost to be expected.

Hugely disappointed with this tour. There was apparently a bad winter which affected the white grape harvest and the tasting was very heavily biased towards reds and dessert wine. One vineyard ran out of white completely two days prior but we weren’t told before hand, still visited and we weren’t given the option of cancelling the trip because of the lack of whites. Two of the vineyards didn’t seem to have the staff and didn’t have time to properly explain the wines and kept us waiting- in one our taster guide disappeared between poring to man the tills. The driver tried to keep everyone happy and let some drop off wine at the hotel after we finished before he took them back to a dinner reservation, and another couple back to town as a result what was advertised as a 4 hour trip took 5 and a half hours and we missed our dinner reservation. Can’t recommend this trip to anyone who’s interested in wine a complete waste of money, I’ve done so many of these and been happy this was the first time I’ve ever felt it was a waste of money and my time

We had such a lovely time in beautiful west Kelowna on a friends tour (two couples). Met wonderful friends on the tour and had a lot of great moments and laughs. Would highly recommend.

We chose the morning tour to give us the rest of the day to do what we like. The tour was made up of 6 (us from the UK, and 4 from Alberta) which made the time friendly and fun. The time of the tour was the best choice as we spent the morning/ early afternoon in the company of a great guide in the shape of Casey, and our ‘new’ Albertan friends visiting 4 wineries. The staff at the Wineries were welcoming and a special shout out to The Hatch. A great alternative winery that suited our idea of wine-based-fun. A great way to dip your toe into the Okanagan wine country. Vivid Tours crafted a great tour at a reasonable cost, headed up by a great guide who managed the herding of 6 ‘happy’ guests with aplomb. Oh and also a great playlist for the journeys between wineries

We had such a great day with our driver Sach! 5 great wineries, luxury van transport and efficient pick up and drop off from the hotel. We had a great group and all the wineries were amazing! Cannot recommend enough

It was an amazing day! The views were beautiful! Our driver Joshua was awesome! My sister and I befriended other people wine tasting with us.

We only went to one of the four listed wineries . Other three weren’t even on the itinerary list. Why advertise four wineries if you will not be taking us to those. We specifically booked it because it had the frind and mount Boucherie and we didn’t go to either of them. Absolutely disappointed.

We had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide Sach was amazing. He was knowledgable, and so friendly. Each vineyard we visited was lovely and worth the trip. We’re so glad we decided to do this tour while in Kelowna, a must do tour!

My group had a great time with our tour guide Murray. We booked a last-minute tour for four people, and the team at Vivid Tours / Kelowna Transfers will request seamlessly. All of the wineries that we visited were lovely, a good mixture of larger and smaller vineyards. Overall, it was a great experience and Murray kept us laughing all day. Thanks for the fun times!

Good vibes, great wine. Great selection of wineries. Brittany was a wonderful guide. Van was clean, had AC, and was comfortable.

Vivid tours organised a very good tour of 4 wineries in West Kelowna, the guide/driver Amber was excellent.

All of the wineries we went to were beautiful but the list that was posted on Trip Advisor was completely different than the ones we ended up at so that was a bit frustrating as my sister in law had wanted to check out the ones on the list as she had already been before. The driver/guide was great, he was funny, supplied water, took us everywhere in a timely manor and great music. Just make sure to bring a snack if you need something as not many of the wineries had any. Definitely would do a tour of the wineries again but I think I would book it directly on their website. Our group was great and we got a little extra time at our last stop to get the winery out a bit more

We all had a fabulous time. Ben was an exemplary host, looking after us in every way. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and above all, very kind. We liked the four wineries we visited: they were each unique in their own way, and that made our afternoon very enjoyable.

Our driver and guide, Alex, of Vivid, aka the Ginger Express, was so friendly and courteous. This was our first time visiting Kelowna. The views were beautiful, the tasting experience was enjoyable, found some new wines to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this tour.

We booked a half day tour and were upgraded to a full day tour and it was great! Ben was an excellent tour guide and our tour companions were lots of fun! We were a wide variety of ages but we had a great day and would recommend this tour to anyone!

Nate - he made our day awesome. Nate knows his wineries and was able to share different aspects to enlighten our day. He also volunteered to be our photographer and made a memorable album of our day. You are the Best - Nate!!!!

Would do it again when having family/friends visiting! Such a hassle free way to enioy the wineries. Vibes in the van were unmatched… only tip, eat before the tour or arrange a nice dinner after since you will only be drinking.

Business trip for our group of 5. We were picked up right on time by Vicki, who was amazing right from the start! She let us know ow which wineries we would be visiting and that we had to pick up a bachelorette party and then get on our way! We did not book private and were fine with being paired up, if you don’t want to be paired, book a private tour. She was so helpful by taking pictures the whole time and marking our wine purchases and taking them to the van for us. She blasted our music and gave us fun facts along the way as well. I highly recommend asking for Vicki!

Get on board the Ginger Express! Alex killed it. Great vibes! Bonus score--timed it just right to hit Cream Puff week-end at Arrowleaf. (That is one special pastry.) Made our family reunion tour extra fun!

The lunch at Mount Boucherie was amazing and we loved the wine at Valcanic Hills. Our driver Anthony was energetic and informative.

the four wineries were ok but the staff did not seem that interested or engaged in providing info and historique about the winery or their wines. very commercial approche in all but one of the four wineries.
