Copper mine museum. The Britannia Mine was an important source of copper ore for almost 70 years it has shutdown the production of copper in 1975.

Mount Tantalus is located in the marine west coast climate zone. Most weather fronts originate in the Pacific Ocean, and travel east toward the Coast Mountains where they are forced upward by the range (Orographic lift), causing them to drop their moisture in the form of rain or snowfall. As a result, the Coast Mountains experience high precipitation, especially during the winter months in the form of snowfall. Temperatures can drop below −20 °C with wind chill factors below −30 °C.
absolutely fantastic. Iresh was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and chatty. the day was flexible and Iresh was more than happy to spend longer at some stops and less at others. he was also more than happy to take pictureses of and for us.
Pyotor, our guide, was personable, very well informed, a great conversationalist, and a pleasure to spend 8 hours with. We toured Whistler and did a gondola further down the coast on his advice. The tour couldn't have been any better
Great experinece with lots of information about the area. Loved the walks to break up the trip. Magnificent views and stunning part of the country.
This is fantastic and stress free. Definitely go to peak to peak ( not included) but well worth it. Voytek was our guide/ driver. Super flexible and knowledgeable. We had a great time and saw Shannon falls and brandywine falls on the way. If you have one day to visit Whistler and not spending the night… do this tour👌👏👏
This was great day. our driver/ guide Voytek was great. He was very flexible and knowledgeable. My husband and I enjoyed the whole day of luxury to Whistler. Voytek called me back on the day I made reservations and communicated and answered our questions. He also recommended that we do the Peak to Peak Gondola which was very appreciated. we also had great conversations with him. we took fabulous pictures. Saw Shannon Falls and Brandywine Falls on the way. A great day. definitely recommend.
