Triple Parasailing Experience In Kelowna

The staff were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable, especially since it was our first time parasailing. The crew explained everything clearly beforehand, so we knew what to expect and felt safe throughout the experience. My family and I had such a great time, and this will definitely be a memorable experience for us! They also take photos of you while parasailing, which you can purchase afterward. I recommend having someone with you to take videos as well so you can capture even more special moments. Overall, it was a fun and unforgettable family experience. Highly recommended!

The cool breeze, the sound of the water, and the amazing scenery made it feel like flying. The takeoff and landing were much smoother than I expected, and the whole ride gave me an adrenaline rush while still feeling safe. It’s definitely something everyone should try at least once if they enjoy adventure and beautiful views

It was the best experience.The crew was very nice and helpful.The gave very clear instructions egarding safety .We tried t our 5 year old and she really hada fun too.

Our grandchildren came to Kelowna for a visit and we had the most wonderful time parasailing! Quinn and Niko were our hosts and they were so warm and friendly and explained everything very clearly. We always felt safe and welcomed. Being up in the sky with the water below you was such an amazing feeling! We could hardly wipe the smiles off our faces for hours afterwards!

We booked a triple parasail, and it was our first time, and were naturally nervous. As soon as my 13yr old was got up, his whole weight sat wrongly and awkwardly in the sail and he was wailing and crying he was in so much pain. We all started clipping our legs together as taught, and he was eventually brought down. My other son and I went back up, and when I asked for a partial refund for my eldest who barely was on for 2 mins, they (meaning the captain?) refused. The lady at the front desk even suggested that they would refund. When my son came back down, no one suggested he try again, or provided guidance on how he should sit. He's now bruised. Paying a ridiculously over priced $330 for a 10minute sail is already horrible enough, but not getting even a partial refund for a child who experienced such terrible pain is quite egregious. I have emailed them and received no response. They are really pushy about asking for these reviews, which in itself is problematic. I would suggest people look into the other Okanagan Parasail options first. Perhaps do more research.

The guys made the experience so easy, safe and fun. We were able to find an activity where 3 of us could all do something at the same time and we can't wait to go back!

It was our first time doing this as a family. I booked our family online before we went there for the actual day. The 2 guys who are assigned in the boat were very great! They were systematic and alert to whatever task that they were doing that time, its very obvious that they know and love what they are doing. I just hope that safety and precautions would come FIRST before doing the activity. No explanation was given to us as a group of 9. We were only asked.to put on the vest, ride the boat and be up in the air without any other explanations like where to hold, how to be stable etc. while youre hanging up there! Lastly, the 2 ladies in the.ticket booth were not accomodating, they only asked us to sign the form away and, put on the wrist band away from them(on grass) and wait until we were called. But they Never asked us or inform us on what to expect or whether we "need" something, clarifications or questions to let us feel more welcome in the booth. We drove in Kelowna just to experience this but we never "feel" the welcoming service in the booth. More details should be given to the customers because most of the time they were on the phone or simply just chatting to each other. Overall I am thankful because my son enjoyed it but for parents point of view, there should be improvements in the service booth and safety explanation/s in case of emergency. Its good to have fun but safety is also everyones concern and good service is also another factor.

Went with the our 2 kids ,3 and 5 years old. We all got to go up together and had an absolute blast. Very friendly and supportive staff.

First time for my family and was sooo awesome. We did the triple and the experience was relaxing. The views were spectacular. Thumbs up to the staff!

The key is to book ahead--don't wait in line! We booked 2 days ahead and were met on time, taken on board by two highly experience and fun crew members. There were 3 couples to one outing--lasted for about an hour. You're up in the air for about 10 to 15 minutes. The views are breathtaking and the crew makes the landing "extra special" depending on what you ask for!

What a rush being catapulted 25 feet into the air! The view is absolutely stunning what you can see along lake. I found it very relaxing and enjoyable. So much so I plan on taking another friend to experience parasailing on Okanagan Lake.

Went out parasailing today for my sons 14th birthday, The staff were so great and even though the weather wasn't the greatest, it was a great experience. I have lived in Kelowna my whole life and have never seen the city like I did today. Felt safe and like a friend on the boat today. We all had such a great time and I recommend it to anyone wanting a fun and exciting activity to do. Thanks Ogopogo Parasail for a great bday activity!!!

Went with my son and husband on this trip and they took part doing the parasailing whilst I took the photos. We went on with another party of eight so we were out on the lake longer than normal. The safety of the passengers was good and we even saw a young boy of four go up on the parasail with his parents and he was so relaxed. Would have loved to do it myself, so that is something to do in the future. Great views and experience. Well worth the money.

My wife and I decided to take the plunge (not literally) and try parasailing. The experience was very enjoyable. The people operating this establishment are all very friendly and the boat operators will take pictures with your camera. The parasailing itself involves a gentle takeoff and landing and offers beautiful views of Kelowna and the lake. Recommended!

We recently visited Kelowna for a stagette weekend and ended up going parasailing with Ogopogo Parasail. The staff were very friendly and lots of fun. We had an absolute BLAST and it was definitely one of the highlights of the trip!! Can't thank Ogopogo Parasail enough for the awesome experience, we will be back!

We booked a time to go for a parasail and once we got out onto the lake and were about to go they received a call that there were some wind gusts coming in and it would not be safe. We headed back to the pier and sure enough it became real nasty out there. I can't imagine what would have happened if we were up there. We rebooked for a couple of days later and had a wonderful time. Thanks to everyone at Ogopogo Parasail for keeping us safe and then taking us up on a nice trip.

Great little company operating a parasail boat and jet boat ! Jet boat is crazy fun , skilled drivers can drift across the water as well as do spins and splash the passengers if its hot out. Parasailing was awesome, amazing views of the okanagan valley and downtown. Driver and helper were super informative and made me and my girlfriend feel safe as we flew high above the okanagan. Driver brought us down to dip our feet in the water right in front of the beach ..... very cool. 10/10 would recommend to locals of the okanagan as well as visitors. great activities to get out on water and have some fun !!!

I have been parasailing numerous times with Ogopogo Parasail. Luke and the staff always been fantastic whenever I have gone. If you have visitors from out of town there is no better way to see the city than from 100 meters in the air. It is very safe and suitable for all ages! You have to give it a try if you are visiting Kelowna or a local.

As my first time parasailing, it was a blast! The boat driver was very kind and informative, and I felt 100% safe the entire time. The only downside was the short ride. Though, it was lots of fun and you could see Kelowna from a whole new angle! Great fun!

Ogopago Parasail was great. The operator is from Australia so you get to listen to his cool accent for the entire time. Our son and daughter did the tandem ride and they loved it. There is a platform on the back of the boat that you take off from and land on. You go up about 50 - 70 feet in the air and they cruise around the lake for about 15 min. On your request, they will dip you in the lake but that is optional. You can do the entire activity without getting wet! We purchased the additional photos and were promised 40 shots on an SD Card. Their camera had an auto-winder, so we ended up with 404 photos. They way over delivered on that. Everyone was out fitted with a life jacket and safety was emphasized. Definitely would recommend this activity. It was fun and took less than an hour.

2 of my friends and I were downtown looking for something to do and decided to go parasailing. I was amazed that we could all be lifted high into the sky as a triple flight and the ride was extremely smooth and you have to go for a dip in the water, best part of the ride! We also decided to do the high speed jetboat lake tour they offered for a discounted price. Absolutely thrilling ride with great views of the lake and make sure you hold on tight for the 360 spins! I come to kelowna every summer and I will definately be back for another excellent experience

Was a good parasail experience. Great views of the lake & kelowna. They try to sell you the boat ride but i think that is not worth it as you do get a good boat ride during the parasail as there are other patrons going for the sail while you are in the boat.

Had the thought to do something a little different with the kids, girls 9 and 7. We went to the waterfront booking office and was helped by extremely helpful staff. They offered to fit us in right away but we deferred to a later time so we could get some bathing suits on. At the time of booking, we were offered a package deal to include a jet boat tour of the lake. We took the offer. Both rides were fun. The views from the parasail were totally worth the price. The feeling of being lifted off the boat deck by the sail was incredible! As for the jet boat, a 180 degree turn with the wind and spray in your face can't be adequately described with words. After the rides were over, my daughters wanted to do it again. Staff were great, courteous, attentive and very knowledgeable. Thanks for the memories!
