Driver was very polite and took us through a beautiful neighborhood to avoid excess traffic as we were cutting it short getting to the airport to get to our flight on time.

Great experience - very easy to book and pickup went smoothly. Met us directly in the cruise terminal with quick delivery to the airport to catch the 12-noon flight out of Vancouver. We were there by 9:30 AM. Had a great, narrated tour of Vancouver along the way - what a bonus !

Excellent and reliable transport. We received enough information prior to pick up with clear directions. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The shuttle was nice and clean. Big enough for 6 of us with our luggage. The driver was amazing. Very pleasant and happy early in the morning. He was very friendly and informative. The only thing we did not like that because it was a private shuttle, we had to wait a bit, maybe 30min to get the shuttle, even though he was already waiting for us. This has nothing to do with the company, it was a port rule. This is for all the private shuttles.

Super easy to use coming from the Canada Place cruise terminal. The text support was great at informing me of where the driver was, and when I had to adjust my pickup time slightly it was no problem. Reliable and timely with excellent communication on both of our trips from Vancouver airport to our hotel on the waterfront, and then back to the airport from Canada place cruise port. Cars were spacious even for our group of 5 adults and spotless.

I was skeptical about getting from the cruise ship to the airport for a 10:30am boarding. I was right. After arriving on the ship, I learned they really aimed at noon to 2pm flights. So glad I engaged KJ. Their instructions to on how to navigate post-customs were superb, Edward the driver was waiting and had already texted me that morning. Very easy airport transfer from Vancouver cruise terminal. The instructions given were exact and John was great. There are plenty of benches to wait on for about 15 minutes while they call the driver. There's a computer screen that keeps you updated on the progress of the car. Using this service was great and we didn't have to fight the crowds to get a car to take us to the airport quickly. Very easy to communicate with the service and update pickup time as we found out when we could leave the ship.
This was money well spent. In the final days of our cruise they let us know we should expect very long lines for taxis and that the Uber/Lyft pickup sites were a two block walk from the cruise terminal. My husband has difficulty walking so this would have been hard on him with all our baggage. KJ Limousines provided EXTREMELY detailed instructions (including photos!) about which door to use to exit the cruise terminal and how to find the dispatch kiosk. The terminal thoughtfully provided lots of seating and a TV screen that had our names on it and the status of our ride. We disembarked the ship much more quickly than we planned so expected to wait quite a while for our driver to arrive. But our driver, Hanny, arrived early, loaded all our luggage and we were off! Hanny is a safe driver and very friendly. We would definitely use this service again when visiting Vancouver.

KJ Limousine recently transferred our family of 6 from the Vancouver cruise ship terminal to the airport. Due to bad weather, our cruise ship arrived late into port and we needed a quick transfer to catch our flight. As a person with disabilities, traveling in a Power Wheelchair, I was delighted to have booked a wheelchair accessible transfer from the Canada Place of the Port of Vancouver to the Vancouver Airport YVR, through KJ Limousine Services. Oliver, our driver, arrived on time. He is professional, friendly, helpful and made our trip interesting. He gave us a mini city tour including the historical 2018 Olympic site, and one of the oldest bridges built in 1938. Oliver is a safe driver, knowledgeable historian and he gave us helpful information about the airport. When we arrived in Vancouver there was a marathon which caused road closures which made the traffic congestion worse. I am happy to say our driver Bernard knew the city well and was able to get to our destination safely and in a timely manner.
Transfer was easy. Driver was great. Problem was that a 45 min transfer took 1 1/2 hour due to excess traffic caused by a marathon race. Our driver did his best and we barely made our flight

Well everything seemed to be on track for what I thought was a private coach/limo transfer from Vancouver Cruise Port to Vancouver International Airport. At the cruise port to call your ride, you check in with someone who then looks up your reservation and calls the appropriate limo. They called our last name to let us know our transportation was ready and when I looked at the van, it was the correct limo company, and there seemed to be another very large group getting on the same van. We were in a bit of a hurry, and the driver made no mention of who he was picking up or that we were supposed to be on another van, even though my contact was Edward instead of this guy named John. It was pretty tight with 3 kids, 6 adults and 3 car seats, but at least we were on the way. I then get texts from Edward and the dispatcher followed by a call from the dispatcher, implying it was our fault we got on the wrong van, even though there was no mention of a van number or the kind of vehicle that was picking us up, or that we were indeed going without other passengers. Not the most professional practices for sure, this coming from a veteran airline employee who had spent almost as much time in hotel vans and limos as airplanes.
Our driver was great! The route he took gave us a short tour through the city of Vancouver, BC. We really enjoyed that!
