Naramata Private Wine Tour - Full Day

We had Brian as our Driver Extraordinaire for a full day Naramata Wine Tour. He was our “professional” photographer for the day. He had water, cheese, crackers and home baked cookies to cleanse our palette in between wineries. Pickup and drop off was flawless. One of the wineries we had chosen had their “closed” sign up when we drove by so Brian quickly made a phone call to get us into another one. Moraine was an awesome choice! We were greeted by Maria who provided excellent service! Red Rooster was another great choice as was Poplar Grove where we had a delicious dinner. The view was spectacular!! We each had a Limoncello Spritz which I would highly recommend. And their honey buns - WOW! All in all, it was a great day! There were a couple of other wineries we went to but these were our favs. Thank you Sagebrush Tours and more specially, Brian Kettle!

Christian our guide was very engaging and knowledgeable about the area and the wine industry. He helped make the day a fantastic experience!

It was a great time and a very enjoyable day out, and the Wine was delicious! We had perfect summer weather and the wines we got to sample were perfect for the day we had.

Great experience, we started out knowing a little about wine and nothing about Naramata and the Naramata bench. It was very informative and as we went Frank was able to adjust a few details and customize the experience to suit our wants. The restaurant Frank chose for us had an incredible view along with great food. The winery’s that were recommended by Frank had great wine selections, and Frank helped us carry the cases of wine we purchased along the way. The four shadows was our favourite winery, I would recommend this tour for a large variety of wineries and a great date idea.

My friends and I booked the Naramata full day wine tour as part of our little getaway. Our guide was Brian, and he was with us for the full duration of the tour. We had the best experience! Brian was prompt, knowledgeable, and so kind to carry our many wine bottles back to the shuttle for us. All the wineries we visited were amazing and our lunch spot at Poplar Grove was the perfect choice. I would recommend Sagebrush tours to all my friends!

Christian was amazing ! He made excellent recommendations, was very knowledgeable and informative about the area we explored and overall made our trip a very enjoyable day! Will definitely be booking with Christian again!!

We had such a great day with Rod visiting wineries and getting to know some of the history of the Naramata Bench. Highly recommend this tour, it’s a stress free way to visit multiple wineries with friends!

Booked the Naramata wine tour for my wife’s birthday. Frank picked us an on time and off we went. Had the entire tour to ourselves which wasn’t a surprise given Covid and all and it’s is off season. We had 4 tastings lined up and since we were running a bit ahead of schedule Frank squeezed in another tasting free of charge. We ended up buying a couple of cases of wine to help support the local wineries and had a great time in the process. Will definitely call Sagebrush best time we are looking for a tour which is often as we have lost of friends who come to visit us here in the Okanagan. Awesome job Frank! Thanks again for a great day.

Frank and his company were very accomodating and professional when I needed to change the reservation 3 times. Dale was our driver and he went above and beyond. The lunch spot that was pre booked didn't interest us because of the menu. He called around and found an amazing place to have lunch. How nice to tour and drink and not have to worry about driving. A private tour for 2 plus he carried the case of wine to our vehicle at the hotel. A perfect day!!! Thank you!

Travelled to Penticton and enjoyed the "4 wineries in 3 hours" Naramata Bench tour in late September. Frank, the owner (?), was a great driver and knowledgeable about the area. It was only 3 of us, and he personalized the tour for our best experience. We were happy with the tour and "going the extra mile" that Frank did for us that filled the 3 hours. Pick up and drop off in the branded van at the door of our hotel. Booked the tour online, which was easy to do. Booked the night before so was happy the service was available with the short notice. Suggestions for travellers: - ask what wineries you're going to first, before leaving. Know what you don't want to do, and perhaps they can accommodate. - understand that the tasting fees are covered by the tour company, but the fee us usually waived if you buy wine at that winery... so if you buy all the wine, there isn't much of a deal for the price.

Frank was very friendly,knowledgeable and thorough during the tour we definitely enjoyed hearing the history of the area and local vineyards. We stopped for lunch at hillside bistro and while the food was good it was definitely not worth the hefty price tag especially with the upper patio being shut. Would highly recommend sagebrush as they provided an excellent experience through and through. My only tip/complaint is make sure you keep careful track of all wine purchases as we had a small mishap with a few bottles of wine.

This was my second tour with Sagebrush and I would recommend this tour company to everyone that I know. Steven is so knowledgable about the region and brings a great energy to the tour. Thoughtful experiences were included, like having a wine tasting outside with snacks provided by Steven. Our group was awesome and it was cool to meet people from around the world!

The tour was well organized with a pick up and drop off service at our homes. That was wonderful!!! It allowed us to truly enjoy the wine tasting. Ken, our host driver, took such good care of us by introducing us at each winery and by making sure all arrangements were in order. Each winery had their unique presentation and wine, but each winery offered a beautiful panoramic view of the valley. The lunch (at our expense) at Hillside Winery was superb, as was the wine and view. All in all we had a great time and would do it again, but next time we would visit only 3 wineries. Highly recommend this tour!

We easily booked a Naramata Bench wine your online with SageBrush. Received a text the day before introducing us to Steven our tour guide. He arrived at our hotel 15mins early. Steven was so friendly and professional. He was incredibly knowledgable about the entire region, wineries, and eco systems. We loved that Sage Brush visits small to medium wineries and not the large commercial vineyards. We can't wait to go back again next year and will request Steven to take us to Summerland/Penticton area. Thank you again for a 5* experience.

A totally disappointing experience. It was just a very expensive bus trip. The driver talked a lot, unfortunately nothing he said had anything to do with the wines, the grapes, or the region. The items listed under "What's included" are not making any sense. You don't get water nor a lunch and even the wineries are arbitrary. The current website informs you that the lunch must be paid by guest. That, at least, is clear now.

Thats all. No lunch, no water no nothing! 😪😡 When you go by yourself its free if you buy something. No idea why we have to pay 132 dollar Each for a taxi!

Came to West Kelowna for a little RnR on a couples trip. Was resourcing wine tour companies, and chose Sagebrush on a whim. I had questions and called the Office and spoke with Frank. Super knowledgeable and great customer service. On tour day, Frank arrived at our condo, on time in a clean, comfortable van. The drive to the Neramata region was informative and Frank was extremely engaging and knowledgeable about the region and the individual wineries we visited. Highly recommend Sagebrush tours and hope you get Frank as your guide!

This wasn’t my first time on a wine tour and Steven was absolutely fabulous! He was an amazing host, he was very knowledgeable, it was a relaxing and fun atmosphere! If you haven’t had a your tour by Steven yet, you need too! I would highly recommend

We were lucky to be the only two people booked on for our tour time (early weekday) and got an extremely personalised experience. After a lovely guided tour from kelowna to Naramata (taking the lakeside drive through Penticton) we stopped off at 6 different winery’s for 5 tasting sessions and a spot of lunch. Each tasting experience was different and our guide Frank was extremely knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction for wine tasting with us being ‘newbies’ to the whole experience. We were ready for lunch after all of the mornings wine and we couldn’t have been taken to a better spot. The views were incredible as was the food. We kept up with the tasting experience here and opted for the ‘wine flight’ where we could mix some of our new found favourites with our old preferences to try at this location. Our last stop at MOCOJO was our personal favourite. We were given a wine tasting experience by the owner and the views were the best of the day, fantastic place for a photo op. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide who made us feel comfortable throughout what truly was a fantastic tour that I will be recommending to anyone I know who visits the area. We will definitely be looking at more sagebrush tours if we are ever in the area again!

A great tour with Steven. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. A truely excellent host. The “ snack” was much appreciated and a nice touch. He was so accommodating and considerate. You made the day extra special Steven!

Went on a fantastic tour of some of the Naramata wineries. Frank was both enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the region and is wines! I look forward to trying some of the other tours offered! 5/5!

I would highly recommend this tour! Frank was great. He has a good understanding of the wineries in the area, he’s friendly and sociable, and was very accommodating. He arrived with snacks and beverages for a tour that didn’t include lunch. It’s a reasonable price for the half day tour, and well worth the money in my opinion. I appreciated that he Is also a part of the ecotourism sector in the area. This tour is NOT an ecotour, but Frank loves chatting about the topic if you ask. All in all, 5/5 experience, and would definitely recommend.

Dejlig vintur til 5 vingårde. Der var god tid til vinsmagning. Vingårdene ligger flot med udsyn til okanagan søen. Kort afstand mellem gårdene, så der var ikke så meget køretid.
