Pick up and drop off was so very easy. Staff were super knowledgeable and ensured that we had everything we needed for the ride ahead. Would definitely rent here again!

From the very beginning, the team at Lakeside Eco-Sports made us feel incredibly welcome. I rented an ebike for a 4 hour ride around Kelowna BC, the staff at Lakeside Rental made the process easy and quick. They explained what self guided route suited the time I had available and the places I wanted to see. They explained the trip in detail highlighting interesting stops along the route and gave detailed instructions on how to operate the bike and stay safe. The are very nice people, if I am ever back in Kelowna I would book with them again.

We had a wonderful experience. The route took us through horse country, vineyards and orchards and we had stops at some of the local wineries. It was especially lovely to get a feel for the neighborhood and the parks in rural areas around Kelowna. We've travel all over the world, and this was among one of the best organized biking trips we’ve been on. We appreciated the guidance from the operator, the instructions on the app and the E bikes. Every time we visit, we will use this bike company!

My husband and I did a full day eBike rental to tour wine country in West Kelowna. The experience couldn't have been better. I cannot say enough good things about a) Lakeside Eco Sports and b) visiting Kelowna's wineries on eBike. We have rented bikes from many vendors in many places and Lakeside is absolutely a top-notch operator. Bikes are in great condition as are the helmets and they are outfitted with special panniers so that you can easily bring your wine purchases back with you! Additionally, they have put together guided routes on a cycling app that you download to your phone for super easy navigating while you're out. The bikes all have secure phone holders and cables so that your phone charges while you ride. Truly they have thought of everything. Great value for money, super friendly service. Make sure to put this on your Kelowna to-do list!

Never having ridden an ebike before, it wasn't too difficult to figure out how to manoever. Garth and Pam were great and made sure we were well informed before heading out on a self-guided tour. We visited around town and drove out to a winery, which then served us a delicious lunch in addition to a wine tasting. The bikes are equipped with saddlebag to carry your stuff and a cell phone holder so you can map your way. Excellent tour and service!

It’s a grate experience very help ful management we have a flat tire on one of our e-bike they came quickly and change the e-bike recommended for all who like ebiking

Had the best time! Was really easy and so fun to use the bikes, Johnny gave a great run down of the bike and information on the path we would be taking which made the experience awesome. It was a really cool way to see Kelowna and the navigation system worked perfectly throughout the whole ride. We stopped at the honey winery and was such a cute place and perfect add on as you ride past, definitely worth the stop! Would recommend to any group and will definitely go back!

A great day out visiting the Myra Tressles (self guided). Bikes were immaculately prepared, and lots of advice on technique and with maps. Can’t fault the service! Well positioned in downtown Kelowna, with easy access to the bikeways. High recommended.

We were received with a friendly smile and alot of helpful info to plan our route around the sites of Kelowna. We rented two e-bikes to visit west Kelowna wineries end of September. It was our first time on e-bikes and appreciated the time the team took to go through demonstration /safety components. Their route knowledge along with the bike app with pre-outlined routes was extremely helpful when navigating stops along our trip. Bikes worked well and even had carriers for bottle purchases. Lovely and helpful team. Would recommend!

Had an awesome four hour ride on the E-Bikes on a route that was loaded into my phone via their app. It was so easy to follow. The route took us past beaches, some really lovely houses, and along side a river to see the salmon. All off road and on safe cycle paths or tracks. We are in our 60’s and had never ridden e-bikes but found it easy and would recommend this company. Really friend and felt safe with the back up offered if we got into any difficulties. Thanks had a brilliant four hours.

Fantastic day!! My wife and i from Ontario, rented bikes for 8 hours and went on a self guided tour around Kelowna! Gareth is so organized, friendly and explained perfectly the different adventures and using his prepared electronic guidance maps and the top of the line E-Bikes to make us feel as comfortable as ever for our very successful day bike riding! The model of bike provided was easy to ride and control. The instruction to operate the bike was thorough but clear. The trail mapping system and particular route were well suited to beginner riders.

Excellent day on the bikes along the lake front and the long creek trail area. 6 he hire gave plenty of time to stop for a nice picnic lunch

We had an absolutely wonderful experience!! We are local to Kelowna and have used a couple other e-bike rental services in the city in the past. The location of Lakeside Eco-Sports was really great as it was so central (right downtown) which allowed us to be conveniently situated to choose several different, amazing routes, in all different directions. The price was the best we've come across and the bikes were perfectly appointed - right down to the padded panniers if we had chosen to go wine touring. (you could buy bottles on your journey and have them cushioned and 'rattle-free' on the journey back) The bikes are equipped with 5 levels of peddle assist as well as a throttle; one person in our party decided to go the ultra-cruisey way and barely pedalled, using the throttle about 80% of the time and still had plenty of battery power after our 4 hour cruise down the Rail Trail, popping into the breweries along the way!! We will definitely use Lakeside Eco-Sports next time we are looking to step out of the mundane life and live like the lucky tourists who visit our city :)

Awesome e-bike rental company with 2 month old Canadian made step through e-bikes. The husband and wife team that own the business are very personable and very knowledgeable. The bikes road very smoothly both on pavement and gravel paths. They are located at the parking lot entrance at the Prestige Inn on Abbott Street and they give you a free parking permit to park your vehicle in the hotel parking lot while you are renting your bikes. Would highly recommend renting e-bikes from them.

Highly recommend getting e-bikes from here! We hired some bikes to go to some of the local vineyards! The bikes had everything we needed, including wine satchels and chargers for the phone! They even had an app where we could download maps of the different routes! They Had literally thought of everything - very well set up company!

We had a great day on e-bikes. An app was provided with a suggested scenic route which included a visit to a vineyard. All of the staff were really helpful and made sure that we were comfortable with riding the bikes before we started our route. Highly recommended.

Gareth was friendly and great at explaining everything we needed to know about using the bikes, maps and apps. We did a self guided tour with 2 wine stops. Frind was recommended and didn’t disappoint. Great wines and charcuterie board. Views were impressive and most of the route is along cycle lanes or residential roads. Definitely recommend hiring from Lakeside Eco-Sports!

We had such a great time on this tour. Well exceeded our expectations! We spent 4 hours riding by the river and scenic canyon. Gareth spent a lot of time with us setting up the bikes and giving us a thorough tutorial. The app was great. So easy to use and the bikes worked really well. Staff was extremely helpful and it was well worth the excursion! Wish we had more time to do the gold panning stop with the bikes. Hoping to come back again for another trip!!

We did a 3 hour e-bike ride that was amazing. We love the e-bike and keep coming back to the same company as they are so good to work with. We will be back in Kelowna in August and will use them again to rent e-bikes.

My son and I rented e-bikes from Lakeside Eco-Sports in Kelowna, and we absolutely had the best day! We spent a few hours exploring beautiful vineyards and lakeside bike trails throughout the town. The app provided by Lakeside Eco-Sports included a GPS route, which made it super easy to navigate and added so much to our experience. The bikes themselves were top-notch—high quality, well-maintained, and even equipped with side bags that came in handy for carrying our things and picking up wine from the local wineries. Gareth, the owner, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything about the bikes before we set off. Overall, a fantastic experience—5 out of 5 stars for this company. Highly recommended!

We had never ridden an e-bike before and thoroughly enjoyed our first experience. The staff were very helpful with showing us how everything works and we liked it so much that we are thinking of buying our own. I would recommend this outfit to anyone who wants a truly enjoyable e-bike experience.
