Love the guide Heidi, super nice, tons of knowledge and fun on the bikes. The pace is great for anyone

We did the Epic e-bike tour with Heidi last Thursday. It was a fabulous tour from start to end; Heidi is a knowledgeable tour guide, very upbeat & always smiling! She took photos of us under the tallest cedar tree in Stanley Park and gave us a map of Vancouver which indicated the bike tour route, both awesome souvenirs. She made our ride entertaining and fun; definitely a trip highlight from our time in Vancouver!

We had a great tour with Rikesh! We had a group of 8 and Rikesh was personal and gave us detailed information and facts about the area and trees. We would highly recommend the bike tour.

Rikesh was an AWESOME guide!! He definitely was very attentive to the whole group and I felt very safe and learned a lot about Vancouver. Would highly recommend him to guide any of my family and friends in the future!!

Under the stewardship of Nick, we spent a fabulous 4hrs cyling some of Vancouver's Seawall track, stopping many times to learn something about the history of the city or to take photos, or both. A highly informative and thoroughly entertaining trip on excellent ebikes. Very highly recommended.

Jake was a great tour guide. Informative, patient, knowledgeable. Our bikes were in great shape. The route was well thought out. Extremely happy with the experience and will do it again, I'd also rent a bike for solo use from them without hesitation.

Wow what an amazing tour! We loved every single second of this day! Special treasured moments of the city, excellent historical facts all complemented by the perfect amount of time riding with strategical spots choreographed for rest and exploration! The most amazing special tour guide is the heart of the fun and amazing tour-Rikesh. He was delightful-informative, hilarious and keyed into every single person on the tour. His Passion for the city and excitement for each of us to experience his magical place was amazing and left us with a true love and zeal for BC with a thirst to come back and visit. I’m so glad we did this at the beginning of our trip to get the lay of the land! Thanks to Cucle City for the safe, well kept equipment and a great organized system! We loved it!

It is by far the best way to discover a city, much better than on foot or by subway vent you see many things you would not think of without a guide

We really enjoyed this excursion! We had limited time in Vancouver as we were going a cruise, and we wanted to see the highlights of the city. This bike ride was the perfect way to do it! We saw so much and really enjoyed the ride! We stopped off at many places and had time to learn about the sites we visited. Dorian was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and friendly! She made sure no one got left behind and kept the group together! Riding an electric bike is definitely the way to go when you want to see Vancouver!

Harris and the team at City Cycle made this experience 100% positive. They were organized, thoughtful, and communicated well. Harris was welcoming, energetic, and knowledgeable - his passion for both cycling and Vancouver really came across. I enjoyed the Chinese garden, waterfront, and the gas lamp area, but my overall favorite was Stanley Park, especially the forest path. I enjoyed my tour and I would do it again!

The quality of the bikes is excellent and they quickly got our group set up and fit. Our guide, Steve, was outstanding. He shared stories of the history of what we saw and really made the tour come alive.

Harris is an amazing guide. His in depth information on the First Nations culture was insightful and interesting. The ride on the seawall and around Vancouver is very scenic and the bike lanes and infrastructure throughout Vancouver make it very accessible and easy to get around. All in all the bike ride was definitely worth the time and money to learn about Vancouver’s history and culture.

Excellent bike ride with a great guide!

This was an amazing ride and way to see Vancouver. Taiga, our guide, took us through Stanley Park. We entered the woods which was so unexpected and delightful. He was full of really good energy and lots of history. I am not a bike rider, but was so pleased that this bike had the electric power to help me along. And with the help of Taiga.

Amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our bike tour of Vancouver. It is a well organized experience starting with the check in to get your helmet and bike fitted. Our guide Taiga was fantastic! He did a great job of explaining the operation of the bikes and how the tour would go. I am not usually a fan of riding along city streets but Vancouver has extensive bike lines that make you feel comfortable. Also, Taiga did a terrific job of guiding us and giving us a heads up when we would be riding in the streets briefly. I think this is a tour for all ages and abilities. It was a wonderful way to see the city, especially Stanley Park. I highly recommend doing this tour at the start of your time in Vancouver to get a feel for the city and the great recommendations from your guide. We appreciate Taiga taking the time to point out his favorite spots and sharing his extensive knowledge of the city. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

There is no better or easier way to experience and see Vancouver. Having Blair as a guide, knowledgeable, friendly, and attention to detail, made the whole experience fun and memorable. We saw much of Vancouver, very informative. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great way to explore the city. We hope Blair will come visit PV. Our friend Ryan can't stop talking about it.

German our friendly leader was knowledgable and fun . We learned such a lot and he had a great warmth for Vancouver. He took care of our safety and made it a real highlight of our Vancouver trip

Had such a great experience doing this 4 hour tour! Outfit is professional, bikes were set up in advance based on sizing we provided, and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Vancouver is such a beautiful and bike friendly city and you see things you just won't any other way. Our guide Jeremy was great - always making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. His passion for the city, region, and its history were obvious and it was as educational as it was fun. Highly recommend!

Awesome tour and experience! Frank was an excellent guide!

This tour was on pedal-assisted e-bikes, so you do need to pedal (there’s no throttle to let it power you completely). With that being said, we were able to keep up without trouble, using the bike gears and the pedal-assist settings. Each bike has a small bag on the handlebars to hold a water bottle and your camera and/or phone, and some had saddlebags that could hold a small bag or backpack. (We were able to leave a bag of clothes at the shop which was centrally located, just a block from the CF Pacific Centre mall.) Before we left on the tour, our guide Ella gave us a thorough safety briefing. She covered hand signals, how to navigate the various bike lanes (some were two-way and some were one-way), and explained that we’d be on some busy areas of the bike trails. She assured us that she’d keep an eye on us and even asked for a volunteer to be at the back of our group. We were all given helmets and wristbands with the phone number of the bike shop if you were separated from the group. Bikes were labeled with our names, so you’d know which bike was yours when stopping at various locations. In addition to stopping along the way to keep our group together, we stopped at quite a few locations where Ella would give us some history and information about the site and allow us to take pictures. This e-bike tour allowed us to cover a lot of ground in Vancouver, as active participants (not sitting on a tour bus).

Our group of three couples had a fabulous time on the epic bike tour. Linnea was our guide and was engaging, informative and was able to help us with gaining familiarity with the e-bikes. During the frequent pauses we learned about the area and the history. Her directions were very clear and easy to follow. Linnea checked on us with high frequency no one ever felt neglected. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Great guide, great city, interesting trip too.

We had a great time with our guide Harris, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. He made us feel comfortable and safe the whole time, even for nervous cyclists! The bikes and safety equipment were of a high standard. Would recommend.

Thank you to Harris our guide, you were excellent. I wasn't feeling well the night before and wasn't sure that I was able to be up for it, but I did it. The fresh air and stops along the way helped. Such an informative tour and I can't believe how much of the city we covered, so worth it. When we return to Vancouver we will be sure to join another tour of yours. Thanks all!!! Mike and Linda

Good honest history from Blair. The bike paths were safe, the sightseeing was beautiful. Easy E-bike to ride, even when you haven’t been on a bike for several years.

This was the highlight of my Vancouver visit, learned lots of interesting facts and history about the city, and Harris was an engaging in considerate guide. This is great to do on your first day so you can decide where else you’d like to spend more time if you’re there for a few days.

We had a wonderful tour of Vancouver with Winston and 6 other travelers. The 4 hours went quickly but we covered a LOT of ground! 20km, in all, but the bikes were in great condition and the bike-friendliness of this city made it really enjoyable. We highly-recommend this tour!

Although we had a rainy day on our excursion through the city and Stanley Park , it was well worth it. Our guide, Mariel, was very friendly and informative. We went on an adventure and learned about the history of the areas we traversed. I highly recommend this tour. I actually believe that if not for Mariel, it would not have been as awesome! Her enthusiasm was infectious.

We had an blast on the Epic Electric Bike Tour! Our guide, Greg S, did a fantastic job guiding us. He was knowledgeable and highlighted the best parts of the city—from the historic streets of Gastown and Chinatown to the coastal paths of Stanley Park and the surrounding areas. The electric bikes made the whole ride fun. If you want a great overview of Vancouver on a bike , this tour is a must-do. Thanks, Greg!
