Aquabus Ferry Hop On Hop Off Day Pass

Speedy but charming 60 second crossing. Staff were friendly and professional. Boat perfect size for the traffic when I went. Very frequent crossings.

Used the aquabus over two days in Vancouver, great way to get around the waterfront area, crew were great, we enjoyed the views and river experience.

The captains of these cute little Aquabuses, and the crew were very pleasant young people and helpful. I would recommend this experience to everyone who comes to Vancouver and wants to have a unique experience.

The pass was worth it. The activities at each stop were not very clear. Its best to use if you have a clear destination in find That being said the best stop is Grandville Island again unless you have a specific destination in mind at the other stops.

We purchased an all day pass and it was well worth the $19 each. We made several stops at the different points and I must say that the fella that was driving the boat was amazing, his name was Wayne and the girl who was with him was also amazing and her name was Adriane, I think. Anyway, what a great experience and we will certainly do it again

Steel to get onto Granville Island. You can pay while you get on it or before really inexpensive fast way to get on. Better than driving on with a car.

Tickets are a lot less if you buy directly at the dock when you board the ferry. I'm so thankful I did not buy them online! We went to Granville Island which is amazing!

On August 16 our family booked a day pass using the Aquabus Ferry to travel from stop to stop within Vancouver on False Creek. Although it is a typical "hop on hop off" type service I would say that all of the staff we encountered were brilliant. However, on one leg of our journey our "Captain" in red and her first mate. Made the experience exceptional. Our Captain was teaching our first mate how to manage the boat and her manner, and leadership style turned her mentoring session into a first rate lesson for all of the passengers who were fascinated by her engaging approach to developing the talent and skills of her first mate! A masterclass in teaching and learning while also creating an engaging ride for all of the passengers. Well done, my family would sail with you anyday!

Wonderful ride on the harbour. As seniors we just wanted to ride and not get on and off. Thank you for accommodating us! Definitely recommend this. Kendra and Mo were very helpful and courteous.

Our experience with Joshua, the aquabus driver, was so amazing and wonderful. He exemplified great and exemplary customer service, being jolly, friendly and accommodating. I can see that he really enjoys his job as he positively interacts with everyone. He deserves to be commended for a job well done.

It was a very fun way to go around the city. Was quite inexpensive to go from granville island to science world, and the staff was very friendly.

An easy way to get from location to location along False Creek! Boats come by every 5 or so minutes so limited wait time. Fun & colorful boats “zipping” (they’re really not that speedy) along the water like water fleas. Casual operators so low stress. We had a perfect day weather-wise so the breeze off the water was a bonus. Recommend the day pass and chug along!

We recently returned from a cruise and long weekend in Vancouver. We used the Aquabus multiple times, purchasing the day pass which is the best deal. The ferries were efficient, dependable, clean, and safe. The operators were very friendly. We mainly used the Aquabus to go to and from Granville Island on the weekends, however we enjoyed seeing all of the various stops. We have already recommended Aquabus to our fellow travelers.

Godwin was a fantastic captain who made the trip more fun and memorable. We had a great time! Plus, the numerous pick-up points meant we could just hop on during our walk on the sea wall from Olympic Village. So, great location too!

This is a unique mode of transportation from/to Granvile Island. The only downside was the way of purchasing ticket. It is advertised that you need to buy ticket in advance, but once you make a purchase, it starts counting.

What a great way to get about!! Bit of a view, lots of laughs, prompt timings and super easy to hop on and off at different stops. Way better than being tooted at in a car

This was a fun experience for our family! We were staying at the Best Western on Granville Street, so it was only about a 10-minute walk to the Aquabus dock. Instead of dealing with Vancouver traffic and paying expensive parking fees, we took the Aquabus over to Granville Island for supper. It was a much more enjoyable and convenient option. We also spent some time walking around the harbour and were lucky enough to spot a seal on our ride back across the water. If you have more time, you can purchase the hop-on, hop-off pass (I believe it was around $22 per person), which lets you get on and off at the different docks throughout the day to explore the harbour and the surrounding neighborhoods at your own pace. Overall, it was a fun, scenic, and stress-free way to get around Vancouver, and we'd definitely do it again!

I go WAY out of my way to take the big boat with captain Chris. There is no one I would trust more than Cap'n Chris to get me oversea and into the office safely.

Ride to Granville island with Simon was great. Leaving Granvile Island to Yaletown was the worst experience ever! Short staffed, not enough communication with passengers waiting for aqua buses to get to Yaletown. Not operating accounted to frequencies. I work for transportation myself and this is the worst service. I would like a refund of return tix of an adult & senior. On top of that I don’t appreciate the attitude of the female at the gate between 12pm-12:30pm. Maybe check your staff’s customer section skills prior to hiring if this is a summer student job. Thanks.

Very accommodating. I did the round trip ride from Granville Island. Less than 45 minutes which was perfect for me to just cruise the water and take some pictures. 👍 for Sebastian and his driving skills.
