Golden Skybridge was one of the highlights of our family trip. I wasn’t sure whether to include it at first, but I’m so glad we did. All four of our kids, ages 5 to 9, had a great time, and so did we. The mountain coaster, treetop nets, and climbing wall were particular favorites—even our youngest two enjoyed climbing. The suspension bridges offer incredible views, and the zipline over the canyon was a thrilling experience. We visited toward the end of the season, so there were very few queues. It was disappointing that the ropes course was closed and that the closure hadn’t been announced in advance. There was still plenty to do, though—we stayed until closing and easily could have spent longer. Highly recommended for families who enjoy active outdoor experiences.

We came from calgary with our 3 kids and purchased 4 adventure passes and 2 tandem swing passes with an additional skybridge pass for dad which was a sky high cost. Checking in took over 40mins. we then proceed into the park trying to do the bigger attractions first, by the time we got in walked to the swing and completed it we were told no at every other attraction. We were told "too bad not our problem we want to go home" Attractions were closed earlier then stated online, they wouldn't let my 9 year old even ride the tandem swing once we got there so again wasted $90 and my one son went alone. We finally found a supervisor whom allowed us a ride on the zipline, once there the gentleman working it was extremely rude calling me names telling me im stupid and can't follow rules, they put the gear on with such anger it tore my shoulder. They’re supposed to send me an email so that I could get the ticket. I got to the ticket office and they could not find the ticket in my email or anywhere else so I had to buy another ticket for $54. I’d like to be reimbursed for that.
This is a great experience for younger people! Senior citizens not so much. A long walk is required to reach the bridges. Seniors are tired by the time they the first bridge. The other activities are really for younger folks.
Kids enjoyed this but the wait for the zip line and mountain coaster were more than one hour each - and the lines weren’t even super long. They don’t move people through as efficiently as other adventure parks do. We weren’t able to fit in the third ride we were given due to the Challenge Course being closed for the day. The bridge was an experience! Not sure this was worth it given the travel time to get to and from the park and the extensive wait times for the rides. We’ll skip this if we come back to the area again.
We booked the adventure pass online in the morning as this seemed to be good value for money and to try to avoid the crowds. When we arrived exitedly at the confirmed time, we were told to wait in line anyways for about 45 minutes due to the necessary Security check. We were also told that the Zipline was not open that day due to bad air quality (although the website had not mentioned anything about it in the morning). At least we could exchange the ticket to the Coaster ticket (the guy in the booth did not apologize at all however). Once we had walked over the skybridge and had queued for the coaster for about 30 minutes we were then told that due to the bad air quality they had to close the coaster as well and we had to leave. Finally we queued for the last time in line to get a refund of the ticket. Overall, the whole day was a total waist of time and the kids were super disappointed. While we understand that the air quality is not their fault (it was bad from the start by the way), the whole handling of the process was very unprofessionell. The only positive thing of the day was the nice lady at the counter at the end who was very apologetic and refunded us our tickets.
Booking from viator didn’t get us tickets and tickets didn’t show up in their system. Persuit team handled it very well, spent 30 min to check their system. Team at the site was very good and cooperative.
We had a Skybridge ticket as part of a Pursuit Adventure Pass; when you arrive you still have to queue up to swap the voucher for a wrist band which took quite a long time. Unfortunately if you want to do anything else the other activities are often very costly and in one case wasn’t available (the coaster), my son queued for 30 mins and then Got told it was down for maintenance. The Axe throwing and climbing cannot be added on unless you upgrade at an incredible cost. Even more disappointing was the fact that the activities to access such as the jumping net and the coaster are across the skybridge and my 2nd son who has special needs was not able to walk across the skybridge due to his fear of falling; he really wanted to and tried and the staff offered to accompany him but there were so many children and adults jumping on it and swinging the bridge that he was too scared. There were limited things for him to do without going across the bridge so this it needs to be thought about if anyone has a fear of heights or access needs.
As a local, I brought my family to the skybridge. I have had good experience s here. However, our visit today was unsatisfactory. My family spent hundreds of dollars. On the website it says you can join a virtual queue for the attractions. This is not true. I was told again that this was possible at the ticket window. Again, this was not available. Also the single lines at the attractions were not open. Next, there was no food. The grill was closed for some reason. There was chips and ice cream and signs saying you could bring in your lunch but only when we got there which is too late. Also, most of the vending machines were out of service and the ones that were in service were out of water. There is one water fill station in the plaza but that’s the only place to fill your water. The staff seemed to have conflicting information and were not informed or prepared to let guests know about the drink and food situation. It was a hot day. However, the staff were nice. I feel like for a company as big as Pursuit you can do better than what my family and I experienced today.
Get there early to avoid the lineups. Bring a water bottle with you. It’s dusty and the terrain has loose gravel so definitely do not recommend strollers. There is a lot to do here! It’s a beautiful place. The weather was absolutely perfect! I would definitely go again and I highly recommend to anyone.
We paid for the Skybridge experience only. Other parts of the park (roller coaster, zip lines etc) would have cost extra. We still were able to spend a good part of our morning exploring. We were satisfied with our experience.
TERRIBLE! DO NOT UNDER ANY CHANCE GO HERE! Our oldest left at the beginning, I wished I would have gone with him, it was expensive and we waited im not kidding 2 hours for ONE 30 second zip line! It was hot and not enough shade for the long wait. SAVE YOURSELF AND NEVER EVER BOOK THIS! IF I COULD GIVE -10000000 STARS I WOULD! SAVE YOURSELVES!!!!
We had a really enjoyable day at the Golden Skybridge and would definitely recommend it, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. We got the adventure pass which granted us access to the bridges, challenge course, ax throwing, mountain coaster, and zip line. The two suspension bridges were absolutely mesmerizing. The views of the canyon and waterfalls are stunning and worth the visit on their own. We also did the challenge course, which was a lot of fun, and the mountain coaster was an unexpected highlight. It was fast, smooth, and had just the right amount of excitement. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to do the giant zip line because of high winds, which is obviously beyond anyone’s control. Once the weather improved, though, the wait was estimated at about 90 minutes. The line didn’t actually look that long, so it was surprising how slowly it moved. If you’re hoping to do the zip line, I would recommend getting in line early and planning for a significant wait. The biggest disappointment for us was hydration. Once you’re on the far side of the bridge, there didn’t appear to be any bottle filling stations. The only option was vending machines charging $4 for water and $5 for pop. We paid for water, but the machine malfunctioned and we had to track down an employee and wait for assistance. I also found two other vending machines that were out of order. On a hot day with lots of walking, having reliable access to drinking water really should be a priority. Even a few bottle filling stations would make a huge difference to the overall guest experience. Overall, we still had a great time. The scenery is spectacular, the attractions are fun, and it makes for a memorable day out. With a few improvements to guest amenities and wait time management, this could easily be a five star attraction.
Don’t bother buying tickets ahead of time on any third party site. You still have to wait in the long line up to redeem this voucher. It’s not a ticket! The Skybridge ticket is way over priced. After waiting 40 minutes to get in, we were less than an hour walking across 2 Sky bridges. Then I purchased an overpriced bottled drink ($6.00) for an iced tea and the vending machine gave me sprite. Would not recommend
Went for the 8AM early bird with pre booked admission. All staff we encountered were friendly. Crossing upper bridge we were the only ones on it. It shimmies in the middle which can be disquieting if you’re the nervous sort. Wouldn’t want to be out there with lots of foot traffic. Lower bridge later in early afternoon was busier and felt more movement. Walking trails well groomed. Did the Canyon Edge challenge park (harnessed rope course). Younger kiddo bowed out after the first green course- totally doable for him but personal preference. Self-rescue ropes on ziplines appreciated and keep things moving. We were there by 9 so lines were not an issue. Only husband did the black/hardest course. You need the upper body strength to do a pull-up. Loved it but was completely exhausted by the end. Mountain coaster was pretty long by 11:30 arrival but an absolute hoot. Single cars operated on a deadman brake switch so you control speed- great for nervous folks. Oldest and I did the giant zip line across the canyon. You CAN take your pack with you- they will add carabiners to make sure it stays on. Depending on your weight you can go upwards of 50kph. Do not attempt if you have a history of whiplash or neck issues- the stop at end is sudden. They have a quick system to retrieve you if you roll back from the platform so don’t panic. An amazing zip line experience if you’re brave enough to go. 14 year old is adventurous and loved everything. 11 year old doesn’t like heights very much so had a less enjoyable experience. But he loved the coaster.
This s is a nice park and they are working to make it even better. They have a great kids play area and a fun set of activities available. BUT their current line system is immensely frustrating. If you download their app you can join a virtual queue to save time waiting in line. No one tells you this, however, when you buy your entrance tickets. We had no idea and waited over an hour in the line for the mountain coaster, watching the express line endlessly pass us by, before we finally figured this out. It felt very unfair and took away from our afternoon. If the park is going to use a system like this, everyone should be told about it from the outset. We’re glad we came, but some pieces are still a bit of a work in progress. I recommend coming, but definitely ask about this.
We had a great day at the Golden Skybridge with our family of six (kids ages 11–16)! We purchased the Adventure Pass and spent about five hours there. Honestly, we could have stayed even longer because there was so much to do. The activities were a lot of fun, and all of our kids found something they enjoyed. The Mountain Coaster was definitely the highlight of the day for our family! The suspension bridges, zipline, climbing activities, and overall setting made for a memorable experience. We also got lucky with the wait times, so we were able to fit in everything we wanted to do. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The biggest issue was the lack of water on the adventure side of the park. The vending machines weren’t working, so the only option was to make the long walk back across to the main area just to get a drink. On a hot day, that’s something that really needs to be addressed. We also found the locker situation at the high ropes course disappointing. The lockers don’t have locks—they’re simply an honor system, and staff offered to “keep an eye on them.” With car keys, wallets, and phones, I wasn’t comfortable leaving our valuables unattended. Unfortunately, that meant I had to sit out the high ropes course, which was frustrating considering the cost of the Adventure Pass. Despite those issues, we still had a fantastic day and would absolutely recommend it to families with older kids and teens. It’s a beautiful location with lots of exciting activities, and with a few improvements to the water access and secure storage, it would easily be a five-star experience!
This place is a tourist trap. Do not recommend. We were told our daughter was big enough to do all the activities and were sold an adventure pass which includes everything. Then we were also told she needed to rent shoes. We did. When we got to the attractions they said oops sorry she isn’t tall enough. And they would not issue a refund except for $10 of the $381 that I paid. What a rip off. In addition, it took close to 7 hours for the rest of our group to do any of the activities because the lines were INSANE!!!! More than 2 hours !!! Unacceptable. Do not recommend. What a sad waste of a precious vacation day. There are much more scenic and awesome places to go. Don’t waste your money or time here.
This was a brilliant place to visit for an adventure. We booked the Adventurer Pass which includes everything. Our family is neurodiverse and doesn’t do well in crowds so we checked online and it looked like it would be better to go in the afternoon. I then checked the website and for this pass is suggested leaving 3-4 hours. So I booked for our entry at 2:45 pm (leaving us 5 hours for the visit and any breaks that we might need). However, it wasn’t enough and we missed out on axe throwing and the climbing wall. Not mention that by the time we got back to the “village” that the food outlets were shut. There is no where to buy food on the other side of the canyon apart from empty or out of order vending machines. You can’t bring food in either. We were very hungry and were also hurried out of the gift shop. The staff were all lovely and helpful but no one looked older than 30 and they all just wanted to pack up understandably. So my recommendation would be to definitely go to this but make sure you make a full day of it if you are getting the Adventurer Pass.
There was a lot of walking but I sure enjoyed the experience of it all... my first time in BC and on a zip line... im so happy I was able to face my fear of heights!!!
A fantastic day which would be great for both young and old. Excellent staff. We went for the bridge but stayed and did the zip line and runaway train. Loved every minute.
The views from the bridge are worth admission, but the zipline, the coasters and the rope course made it a great time for all. Gorgeous views from all the attractions and zipping over the gorge was a once in a lifetime thrill! Every staff member was knowledgeable and I felt like safety was paramount.
We did the suspension bridge which had the most unbelievable scenery walking through the adventure park was just unbelievable. Well done.
My kids had a blast year. They did the mountain coaster, big zip line, and the challenge course - as well as the bridge. It’s a nice way to spend about 3 to 4 hours having your kids get plenty of exercise.
There is a lot to do if you are not scared of heights! Beautiful place to see the mountains and valleys
Great few hours - well worth the visit. The 2 bridges were an experience worth going for those alone but also other things to do made it a great visit
Great views from the two bridges. I must admit the area is on a much smaller scale than I was expecting from the photos before we went, was expecting much more walking. But the views from the bridge were excellent which is what we went for really.
Plan on at least 1-2 hours to see the grounds and activities. Also has food on site and clean restrooms! The skybridges (2) were awesome!
Lovely helpful staff, good fun place to go , sky coster is great and zipline just to much fun. Best if all was the axe throwing!
We went in September and it wasn't very busy at all. We had an amazing time. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. Ben at the axe throwing was amazing! He took the time to help my kids learn the proper technique and chatted with us the entire time. My son loved it. The mountain coaster was my favorite part. Highly recommend!
I want to be clear all we did was the bridge. We watched others doing the other things available, zip lining, ropes course, and giant swing. They all looked very interesting and fun but I will just stick with the bridge… staff was super friendly and engaging I would definitely recommend at least the bridges. If you enjoy the other challenges I think they would be fun as well.
This place is great for active, young or young at heart folks! My 22 year old daughter loved it! I’m glad we did it but I don’t think I would walk the Sky Bridge again. Once you go across, you walk through some other activities like the zip line, mountain coasters, ropes course etc. Then you have to cross another Skybridge. Tested my nerves but I’m glad we did it!!
Me and my mother went here and this is more of a place for families who have kids. Except if you were brave enough to cross that bridge. I thought you would just cross the bridge and be done but apparently it’s a whole trail that takes about an hour. We unfortunately didn’t have time to do the whole thing because we had an appointment at the glacier icefields. But I was OK with that because the bridge was very wobbly to me and you’re not supposed to jump on it, but there were kids jumping on it and to me it was just wobbling too much from side to side so I was a no for that one. We turned around and Went right back to our car. Plus it’s SO FAR from everything else.
We weren't entirely sure what to expect when we made plans to visit Golden Skybridge. We were not disappointed at this extremely organized and well run adventure experience! The staff are all friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. They are all enthusiastic about their job. We ate lunch here- it was delicious and moderately priced. We opted to do the mountain coaster- I would say it is one of the most fun ones in the area. The grounds are well kept. The washrooms are clean. The layout of the entire park is very well done! a very enjoyable experience!
We were in the area, so we thought we'd check out the Sky Bridge. However, upon arriving, we realised there was so much more to it! We opted to pay for the ziplines and mountain coaster too. The sky bridges were amazing, a bit wobbly, not for those afraid of heights, but amazing views. The ziplines were great fun, right across the canyon and quite fast, and we were on them just a few minutes after arriving at the zipline station. The thing that let us down was the coaster. Don't get me wrong, we loved the self controlled ride, however because the coaters are single occupancy and they only run 2 or 3 on the track at any one time, it took over an hour to get on, and the queue wasn't even that long! There also isn't any signage to say how long it might take. We had a ticket for 2 rides, but we couldn't afford the time to wait in line again, so just wasted the second go. We plucked up the courage to buy tickets for the canyon swing. However, the slots were all booked up for several hours, so we had to leave it. It's worth a look if you're in the area, but it's quite expensive for what it is.
Personally, I always thought I would like to experience a suspension bridge; so now I have, and it was good… No issue with that. Upon arrival at the entrance, we were told that we could purchase the Skybridge tickets, and upgrade later for other activities without having to stand in line. Well part of that is true, we did have to stand in line for the upgraded tickets for the mountain coaster. The line was not exceedingly long, and we believe the issue was that the large groups ahead of us were not prepared with their signed waivers. If it was only the adults, we would have walked away after a half hour wait. But the little ones anticipated the ride. With waivers downloaded and signed, we reached the ticket window and there was an issue with one of us who voluntarily backed away (he had enough!). Another person from our group took his place. With tickets in hand, we rounded the corner of the ticket booth , And stood for two more hours with two little ones in the heat without our backpacks and water bottles and when we finally arrived at the gate to board the carts, a repair issue came up that took another 15 minutes. The ride itself was fast and fun and lasted likely three minutes. None of us would recommend it based on the loss of precious time. Suggestions: Have two ticket windows open - one for those with waivers prepared and one for those without waivers prepared. And also, it would be helpful to have an estimated time for the actual ride. Or, issue the tickets with a recommended time on the ticket for your ride.
This is a bogus site. I was charged 85USD for 2 tickets to golden skybridge and when I reached I was told that I don’t have any tickets. I showed the voucher and the confirmation number but they said there is no booking from Tripadvisor.
Wayyyyyy over priced to walk on a bridge with hundreds of tourests shouldering to shoulder it’s a hugeeee waste of money
Went with wife and twins going into grade 1. One twin was terrified to cross but eventually made it across once just to shut up his brother. As an adult my palms were super sweaty the first time. I told the kids it is like a boat that moves but can't tip. Other twin made it three times around the loop. Trail between bridges was fun too. Playground is massive and very impressive. Kids loved the mini zip line thing in the playground. Had a beer and a meal watching the kids play in the playground. We had beautiful evening weather. The price hurts a little but between the rare experience of the bridges (which I was a bit to terrified to enjoy the views) and the exceptional playground I didn't feel ripped off.
We Waited for one and half-hour to go on the zipline. They should only have one line for everyone otherwise it felt like a crime being on the singles line versus being in a group. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!!!!
The view from the bridge is amazing. Definitely had great time. Huge place with other activities for kids and adults.
We went for the park and bridge only. There is also a adventure package with a lot of fun and exciting activities. There are actually two sky bridges. We crossed both and enjoyed views along the way up and down.
Beautiful views . Fun walk . Very High up but sturdy bridge. Must see. Buy tickets on Viator save money !!
This is an amazing place to take the family - two suspension bridges, excellent play areas and amazing extras, for a bit more money. For the adrenaline peeps!!!
We booked the adventure pass in advance for a 10:30 time slot. We arrived at about 10:15 and had at least a 20 minute wait to collect out tickets even though it was pre booked. Why not have a separate line for those that pre booked? We downloaded the app as it was recommended by staff to see wait times. These wait times are not accurate. We started with the zipline which said 30 minute wait time. We were definitely close to one hour by the time we did the zipline. Next up was the mountain coaster which said 5 minutes. This again was close to one hour which was hugely frustrating. After about 3.5 hours (14:15) we went to do axe throwing and this was closed until 15:00. So we never got to do high ropes or axe throwing because we had spent longer there than planned. Forgetting the wait times and inaccurate app wait times this place is awesome. It’s beautifully maintained, the mountain coaster and zipline were super activities and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I’d love to give the place five stars but it’s just too slow to get the activities done in reasonable time and the fact we couldn’t do all our activities that we paid for means a five star is not possible to give.
Not sure what I was expecting but we LOVED it! Upper and lower bridges were a bit scary (says my kids) but the views… wow. The kids play area was awesome (says my kids). The obstacle course was great! We didn’t wait long but we also got to the place at 930am. Green and blue courses we didn’t wait long as a family. My wife and youngest didn’t do the blue. My oldest and I did the blue and near the start I had to assist 2 kids who were French, I believe, as they did not understand the rules about 1 person on the obstacle and max 2 on the platforms. I helped the boy and I caught up to my daughter and after 3 more obstacles I noticed the boy and sister was struggling to move along. The boy did not understand how to hook up his zip line attachments properly and he got stuck. I called out for someone to help them because they really should have had an adult with them and why their parents were not there or watching is beyond me. The sister ended up zipping and slammed into her brother! They were both hanging mid-line. Finally, help got up there and rescued them. We moved on to the coaster…. It broke down. Everyone was in the dark as to what was happening. It took over 1hr before someone in line was able to ask a worker what was happening. We were told 10-15 mins. Then 15-20. Then up to 1/2 longer. We stayed in the hot sun lined up for 2hrs 40mins before we just decided to move onto the big zip line! Of course, right when we got our gear on to do the big zip line, the coaster was up and running! Firstly, the zip line was freaking awesome and worth the short thrill. Secondly, the coaster area needs an awning and needs speakers for workers to make an announcement and to do it quicker rather than people in line flagging someone to ask questions and get answers. We went back to the coaster and waited in line well over an hour again, but the coaster is worth doing! My family really loved it! One other issue is the lack of “no littering” signage! My youngest and I were picking up water and Powerade bottles all over the place and putting in the recycling bins! I cannot believe people come for the beauty and trash it. There needs to be garbages in waiting lines or just as you’re about to do the activity. Signage in multiple languages saying the bins are for garbage/recycling and multi-language signage saying respect the area and don’t litter!!!!! The smash burger was good but $18 and you do not even get fries or a side!!!!! Bring snacks! But, there’s so much to do like slack line, huge chess game, axe throwing, wall climbing incredible places to take pics and more! It’s a fantastic place and worth the $$
Recommended by a friend to visit Golden Skybridge and it was worth it! There are two skybridges and you walk in a loop. Love the photo spot before we passed the lower skybridge - Touch the Sky! Amazing photos on a sunny day. There are other fun attractions there but we didn't try (not brave enough for the giant canyon swing lol)
My family had been wanting to visit the Golden Skybridge for several years now, and our plans finally aligned for an opportunity while camping next door at the Thousand Peaks Resort. You can purchase a bridge pass for a quick visit but I highly recommend purchasing adventure passes which include basic bridge admission, one ride on the Railrider Mountain Coaster and the Sky Ziplines which cross over the canyon, and admission to the Canyon Edge Challenge Course (a tree-top aerial park with 4 separate courses.) We had so much fun riding the coaster and we all felt very proud of ourselves for completing the intermediate challenge course. And bonus if you visit on a Saturday this summer: Stay into the evening and attend the Summer Concert Series, free with admission in the main Skybridge plaza. Food is available for purchase as well, so for us, camping next door, it was perfect! We parked our trailer, walked next door to the park, tried all of the different activities, and then enjoyed burgers while listening to an incredible live concert. Already planning to return again next summer. Next time we want to book early riser passes where you get discounted admission and unlimited access to the adventure pass attractions between 8am - 11am. We arrived later in the afternoon and had to wait 30+ minutes to get into the park. Line ups for the coaster and ziplines were also up to an hour long each. Better to arrive early.
