Watermark Beach Resort

Amazing place to stay! We had to ditch our previous hotel because it was filthy, and Watermark staff worked to accommodate us last minute, with a pet. The room was spotless, the beds cozy and the view was stunning! Staff members Raj, Aarti, and Anzhela were wonderful to work with. We will be back during our next trip to Osoyoos!

We have to say that this was definitely our least favourite room so far. Unit 439 might be good for one night but for us and for a week stay , we will not stay in this inside corner unit again. The couch is worn out and so uncomfortable. It groans when you sit on it. Probably has been there since 2009 when watermark was completed. Please try and sit on it for a half hour. I would love to know if I’m a wrong. The fridge door opens backwards to the kitchen. You have to exit the kitchen each time you want to pull something out to make to eat .again for one night this could be ok but not for a week stay or longer . The over hang on the deck only covers half the deck. When you’re sitting out there, there is stuff that keeps blowing and rolling off the roofs over hang and falling into your drinks and food. The washing machine was the nosiest one so far out of all the times we stayed . If I was the owner of this unit , I would be ashamed.The large bathroom was the best thing in this unit. The two star on service was because no one at the front desk seems to ever smile. They Need to learn how to welcome guests to watermark . The maintenance team and cleaning team on the other hand are cheerful and delightful . There should be two luggage carts at the far end elevators for guests to use . Instead of going back and forth We well definitely be checking the accommodation out before we unload our belongings next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Watermark Beach Resort and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate everything was. Our suite was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everyone in our family had a great night's sleep throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was watching the Canada Day fireworks from the pool deck. It was such a memorable experience, with a fantastic view in a relaxed setting that made the evening extra special. The staff truly made our stay outstanding. The housekeeping team was always warm, friendly, and welcoming whenever we saw them. We'd also like to give a special thank you to Sofie and Lenny at the pool bar. They were consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. And to top it off, they made one of the tastiest margaritas we've had! Also a shout out to Rodrigo at the pool - he was so helpful and friendly, he found our kids water wings when they were misplaced and instead of telling us we can’t bring our glass coffee mugs in (we should have known better) he provided us with plastic cups for our coffee! Next level service! Overall, the Watermark Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful property, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff, it was the perfect place for our family vacation. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

We had an amazing stay at the Watermark! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach and right on the main strip in Osoyoos, so restaurants, shops, and everything you need are within walking distance. The only downside was the pool and hot tub area, which was often overwhelmed by unsupervised children, making it difficult for adults to relax and enjoy the amenities. Since this is a family-friendly resort, I completely understand having kids around, but introducing an adults-only period for the last couple of hours each evening would be a wonderful addition and help create a better balance for all guests. Overall, a fantastic resort and we'd definitely stay here again.
