Nice location with amazing views, but unfortunately the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The room felt dark, a little smelly and a bit dated, and the amenities were pretty basic for the price( no slippers)The pool was also cool but hut tub was hot enough. Overall, a good location, but I don’t think the experience justifies the price.

Booked this hotel for a funeral we had in Kelowna , the service was unbelievably bad. We only were in contact with the gentleman at check-in. but he was beyond not helpful or courteous. We ended up canceling and stayed at the Delta right next-door.. wish we would’ve booked the Delta firsthand. Much better hotel , much better service , friendly and hip , updated . Stay at the Delta if you are in Kelowna and want to stay by the water.
We stayed here for a friends get-together and it was perfect. We had two suites so each person had their own room. The living room was comfortable, and all six of us could hand out comfortably in one room when we wanted to. The rooftop pool, hot tub and bbq area is spacious, clean, and has amazing views. We had great meals at nearby restaurants (Cactus Club, King Taps, and Oak & Cru), and Frannie’s Coffee is a block away. The boardwalk is a few steps away and is perfect for runners or walkers. The front staff are friendly and professional, and there’s secure parking on-site for a reasonable fee. Highly recommend!
I stayed in Room 164, and I have to say the room itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s view and pool area were also amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. During the night, we needed some help regarding our room, but when we went to the reception, there was no one there. We knocked on the door, and the night auditor, Ramandeep, seemed uncomfortable or possibly startled, as it appeared she might have been sleeping. We understand that it was late at night, but there should still be someone available at the front desk to assist guests when needed. Overall, the hotel itself was beautiful, especially the rooms, views, and pool area. However, the customer service and nighttime front-desk availability really need improvement. With better service, this could be a much better overall experience.
I was weary about staying here due to reading other reviews. I really didn't need to worry. First thing first, people need to understand this isn't your typical Hotel. It's a fractional ownership condo property where they rent out the units when the owners aren't occupying them. There's no restaurant, vending machines or room service of any kind. It's basically apartment living. I arrived to a locked front door, but someone unlocked it within 2 minutes of my arrival. The young guy at the desk was happy and funny and the check-in experience was great. I had a premium 2 bedroom unit (which actually has 3 bedrooms, but one is classified as a den) with a huge amount of space on the first floor. The unit was impeccably clean and looked exactly as it was featured in the photographs on the website. I was able to watch the Canada Day fireworks from the roof of the building along with a LOT of other guests. Some of the younger ones were very loud and screaming random things the whole time, but otherwise it was a great experience.
