Spirit Ridge

This location was spectacular! The room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and kept in very good repair. The views were great as well. The price we paid attending during off-season made for great value. Had I known the experience we were in for, I'd have definitely stayed for longer.

We had such a wonderful 2-night stay at Spirit Ridge Resort! We absolutely loved our time there. The resort was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the relaxing atmosphere. The pool was also a highlight, especially the slide! Our son absolutely loved it and had so much fun. It was such a great addition for families and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect little getaway for our family. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Spirit Ridge for a peaceful and relaxing stay! ❤️

This is by far the most unique and most luxurious resort ever stayed at. You get great value for the money. From check in to the room it's beyond our expectations. Room is huge and very clean, we especially love the toiltery items they provided very high end and smell so nice. Its under hyatt brand so you could redeem the points for that and it also have a wine caller nearby and a desert explore centre to see about the special geography of Osoyoos.

This was our second stay at spirit ridge. Our first stay in 2021 was great. This time around not so much. Guest services will talk over you while being extremely unprofessional. All together there were 8 of us plus one dog we stayed in a suite. Upon arrival the kitchen and beds were clean. As for the bathrooms they are quite dated but what was gross was the amount of cobwebs and dead bugs we had to clean off the bathroom floor. Second we required the sofa bed which when it was time to sleep no additional bed spread could be found. You’d assume that the extra blanket, pillow, etc would be in the room before check in. When we called it took them over 50 minutes to bring up the additional bed spread. Third again there is 8 of us upon arrival there were 4 towels provided that’s fine maybe it’s standard but after day one we had to continuously ask for additional towels which would take up to 50-60 minutes to arrive. Lastly what was most annoying HOUSE KEEPING. They never showed up on day one and instead put the blame on us that we had the do not disturb signage on our door which we did not. They originally told us that house keeping would arrive at 12pm so we were out of the room. They never came. Overall the only great part of the trip was Sonia ( poolside drink services) from the adult pool we absolutely enjoyed our time with her she is extremely kind and hardworking. Hotel needs upgrades, guest services is is rude, and some of the staff are unfriendly.
