We stayed at the Sheraton Wall Centre for the first part of our honeymoon before heading out on our Hawaii cruise, and honestly, it was a great way to start the trip. Jenny really went above and beyond for us. She upgraded our room, and when we got in there was a really thoughtful note, a little treat and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. That was such a nice surprise and definitely made the stay feel special. The view from the room was incredible too and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. We ordered room service from the restaurant and the food was delicious! We decided to just eat in the room and enjoy the view instead of going back out, which turned into a really nice night hunkered down. Nicky at the front desk was also great and helped us out with a later checkout, which we really appreciated as our check in at the port was later in the afternoon. And a big thank you to Sean, the front desk supervisor, who helped coordinate everything for our stay. Thanks again to Jenny, Sean, Nicky and everyone at the Sheraton Wall Centre for making the beginning of our honeymoon so memorable. The upgrade and all the little touches really meant a lot to us. We’d definitely come back and recommend you stay here when visiting Vancouver!

We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent and all staff were very friendly and polite. Good selection of restaurants nearby and is close to the harbour area. I fed back on a small issue that I encountered during my stay and the matter was dealt with efficiently and courteously by the front desk.
This hotel was a pretty good place to stay. The room was pretty decent and the staff was amazing. Those are the things I loved. Wasn’t too close to the airport but it’s in a centralized part of town. A drawback was having to walk from one tower to the next to eat as well as go to the pool and the hotel didn’t have a functioning store nor did it have vending machines. Would definitely come again.
Great place to stay! The room was like 2 in 1 and very cozy. The room closest to the bathroom had a door for a bit more privacy. The front room was more open with a large screen tv, a desk, and a few chairs. The bathroom was a little tight but had the essentials, and the shower was great. There was a decent size fridge to hold bottled water or drinks and counter top space to prepare coffee/tea. Also, a decent size closet to hang items. There was also a main light switch at the door so you didn't have to go around cutting off all the lights if you were heading out, just press the switch down and it covered all lights/lamps. Service was great and provided ample amount of towels. The hotel has a North and South side, it's easy to get turned around the but the staff were extremely helpful in helping us to navigate. Great views of the city and mountains from the side we were on. Overall, wonderful experience!
We stayed here for 1 night for our Alaska cruise. Booked the 2 room suite and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We got he 35th floor with great views. The location is also great very close to the port and in the middle of downtown so easily accessible to a lot of eating places and coffee shops. Staff was exceptionally friendly and provided amazing service. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel which was great to have breakfast as the hotel does not offer breakfast. The only downside was that the amenities (pool and fitness center) were in the other Tower which was a good 10 minute walk. We also could not locate an elevator to go down to the fitness center / pool. The amenities are pretty good with an indoor pool and jacuzzi and a large spacious fitness center. We will definitely consider this hotel on our next pre-cruise stay.
