Shangri-la Vancouver

Wow! From the moment we arrived, our service experience was 15/10. The room was incredible. Our balcony overlooked one of Vancouver’s beautiful streets. The bed was so comfortable. The bath was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was so yummy. Every staff member always greeted us with a warm smile. I would LOVE to come back.

Health club attendant Chloe, is so lovely, knows very well the hotel and gave us amazing service and very professional. Thanks to Chloe we are giving 5 stars. In the lobby the receptionist were as well very welcoming. Unfortunately in the Spa at the reception we didn’t have a good experience, they didn’t give information since they were too busy.

Excellent hotel, from beginning to end, my stay was as effortless as possible. Showed up to the Valet and someone was actually there. Was able to check in early, received all aspects of my reservation without issue. Room was extremely comfortable! Restaurant is great, so you don’t feel like you are missing out taking advantage of hotel breakfast! All in all nice to stay at a 5 star hotel that still functions like a 5 star hotel. Make your trip to Vancouver easy and give this place a shot!

There is no better hotel in Vancouver. We came here after getting married and they had a complementary gourmet chocolate brownie cake in our room with a 'Happy Wedding' chocolate decal (by the way thanks so much for that, it made our weekend and was really delicious, we could tell it was quality cake!) from the concierge to the housekeeping (shoutout Emily), Every staff member went WAY above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the room to the pool, the decor and the facilities were works of art and made the whole place feel otherworldly and chic. Our weekend was super relaxing and romantic and The in-hotel restaurant Carlino served some of the best Italian food ive ever eaten. i cant recommend it enough, we've decided we'll try to celebrate every anniversary at a shangri la!
