Prestige Treasure Cove Hotel

I stayed here one night on a work trip. It was a nice enough hotel but I found that there wasn’t enough attention to detail. The elevator and floors were always wet from people at the pool. So having someone to mop more often would be better than having it air dry. I enjoyed my room and the bed was comfy but I hate when things aren’t cleaned properly. Specifically headboards and pictures/mirrors. It doesn’t take long to clean those. They should have a staff member checking the rooms after they are cleaned as I understand how things can get missed.

Rooms are okay. Patio was great, get a room on the EVEN numbered side of floor #2 for morning sun, book on the ODD numbered side of floor #2 for afternoon sun and a great view of the hoards of folks heading into the Casino. Hot tub was not hot 🔥 enough, other than that was alright. Close to shopping which is great, the exiting and entering of the hotel parking itself sucks for exiting. Can only exit right. Will stay again as the service was great, which is the most important part. AND THE BED WAS GREAT! Owner response was greatly appreciated. Three stars for this hotel is being generous. Rooms are outdated and look nothing like the photos online. Almost $300 to stay here for the night and was very disappointing. Rooms are not sound proof and AC unit is very loud making it difficult to get a goodnight sleep. Save your money, don’t stay here. Update: after asking the front desk why our room didn’t look like the pictures, they said that we were given the wrong room and they have renovated suits but that we didn’t get one. They explained that the room we got and the “nicer” rooms are the same price and they don’t have any photos of our room on the website anymore. Terrible customer service.

This is a gamblers haven! Bingo and casino! However, for the family not so good. Many kids were left unattended in rooms while parents went to the casino which caused door knocking late at night and too much noise after 10pm. My toddler and I didnt quite enjoy the pool as there were many adults drinking alcohol in the pool area so the alcohol stench was overwhelming. The rooms were good and the staff were great. To not be so complacent, I now know for next time this is a hotel best suitable for date nights, girls nights, bingo nights etc! An over 19 paradise to say the least! I will look forward to a night such as this for next time and will stay again!
