Stayed here about a month ago and had a few issues. The manager listened to our concerns and offered a free weekend. This last visit was excellent, room was clean and we received a complimentary bottle of wine and a welcome note from management and staff. The restaurant Gabriella’s has fantastic food. Rossland is a beautiful small town for a relaxing getaway and fantastic hiking. Thanks again!
We always pick Prestige! The beds are so comfy and have so many different pillows so you can pick your favourite, sure makes for a great sleep.
Stayed here several times during summer over the last few years. Great location on the main street in town with nice mountain views. Clean, comfy, and quiet rooms with lots of nearby dining options. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.
A nice place to stay, right in the heart of Rossland. Clean and comfortable rooms. Sauna and hot tub were welcomed and super well taken care of. Exceptional service.
Awesome experience and very pet friendly...thanks to all the staff!
