We booked a king lake view room. Room was perfect and the on the ground floor which gave us access to an awesome green space and loungers out the back patio door. Food was awesome, hot tub was hot with plenty of clean towels. A heady location with plenty of walking paths. Will absolutely be back.

The room was very clean. Although, we had to switch rooms because we were given an unmade room. Otherwise, service was alright. They were polite. Rooms had a nice view. The lake is lovely. There's a pool inside (which leaves something to be desired) but the outdoor swimming area is lovely. The boardwalk is nice as well. Beds were cozy. Bathroom was nice. My brother gives the shower a 4/5 rating bc of the height of it (not good for tall folk according to him). Also what is with the door on the bathroom???! The lock is so weird and I find it unreliable.
Went there with my wife for a getaway. Checkin was amazing ,staff were So gracious and caring. Even gave me samples of Local beer to try wow wow !!! We loved our lake view room, It was quiet and felt private . The downstairs patio and restaurants were spectacular. Views amazing 🤩 and food and drinks 10/10 there chefs are excellent Service staff were great On the morning we left, went down for breakfast and had a bowl of steal cut oats like I have never had before . I’m still talking about it lol 😂 Coffee shop opens 6 am , also has spectacular Baked goods and coffee for those early mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise and the animals on the lake
Overall this hotel experience, while ok, felt like a warmed-over motel six rather than anything even remotely prestigious, and was very overpriced for what we got. Check in took altogether too long. The elevator reminded me of something that belonged in a 1980s office building. The room was tiny for a "prestige" room, and very obviously a slightly made over budget room; it was supposedly one of the upgraded rooms with the view (admittedly the view was nice). I had ordered and expected wine for the room, not the champagne that was provided (details). The outdoor light was not on an accessible switch and the roll down window screens did not block it; it eventually turned off on its own (timer I guess). The tub appeared to be a regular tub, not jetted as advertised and paid for. There was only an absolute minimum number of towels. The bathroom mirror was so low I had to stoop to see my face; anyone taller than 5'5" need not apply I guess. The waiter at breakfast, while pleasant, made multiple mistakes while taking our order and then tried to charge us for them later. The view and location of the hotel were very nice. I'd recommend you save the money and buy a decent hotel room near Baker street. Maybe something in a tall building with a slightly more distant view of the lake.
Great place for holiday or business travel, offering great coffee, tasty meals, late evening beers over sports/music and a great view spanning over the lake. I've been there for the first time and I must admit - the staff pays attention too detail. The rooms are well-stocked, come spacious and cozy. The only drawback I have noticed was that the room walls are not the most soundproof during the night. Otherwise highly recommending!
