Great location and great service. The room was a bit dated and the toilet clogged twice with nothing in it??? What...no pressure or old pipes??? That said rooms were clean and well kept. Besides that small issue I would recommend. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Also awesome view of Stanley Park if you are facing that way.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel is in an excellent location, right by Vancouver’s waterfront. Almost everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. Vancouver is also a fantastic city to explore by bike, and the hotel conveniently offers bike rentals. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep. We decided not to include breakfast with our stay, and I would actually recommend exploring one of the many excellent cafés in the city instead. It’s a great way to experience Vancouver and discover its vibrant neighbourhoods. The only minor downside is that this is a very busy hotel, and the reception area is relatively small for the number of guests. As a result, check-in and check-out can take a little longer, so a bit of patience is appreciated. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.
It was easy for us to walk from the hotel down to the cruise port. We ended up being there during the world Fica cup so the rooms were extremely expensive. The views were nice. I guess it's all about location location. Breakfast was $40. A person service was meh. .. nice view from the room. Comfy and clean. Lots to do within a few minutes walk.
Great location, the hotel is old so the rooms are a little dated but the views are beautiful. The rooms were fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We took our toddler to the pool but it was very cold and the hottub had seen better days, it had no jets and wasn’t very clean. They didn’t have room service, you have to go down and pick up your order from the lobby which I didn’t realize until I was already in my pjs, but overall a really pleasant experience and relaxing stay.
We were asked to offer feedback to the management of the hotel, by the reception staff of the newly refurbished 18th floor. This review is in relation to that request. The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, with an amazing comfortable bed, views out across the harbour and a balcony. Certainly no complaints about the quality or cleanliness of the rooms, nor of the helpfulness of the hotel staff including front desk, restaurant team and duty manager. All we would offer are some observations of how the rooms could be made better for guests:- 1. Toilet door has no handle - very difficult to close/open as a result. 2. Shower cubicle would benefit from a shelf for guests own bathroom accessories 3. The shower door opens onto the toilet. It would be a better configuration and safer (wet floors) if the doors were reversed, so that the occupant could step out ahead of the toilet. 4. In double queen rooms, an additional bedside table would have been helpful. These are all minor suggestions supplied in anticipation of them being helpful to the management team. Even without these adjustments, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone seeking very good quality accommodation in Vancouver.
