Pinnacle Hotel At The Pier

Today, Sep 9th, 2026, I checked out and had some time to spend. So, I went to the lobby. The waitress who served me, Amanda, was perfect. She was very polite and respectful and I liked the way she treated me. I highly recommend for whoever needs a silent and cozy place to stay and have a coffee. The rooms are super clean and the view was fantastic.

These plates have been in the hallway for well over 12 hours now. And yes I have informed the front desk hours ago and he said he would call house keeping, but there still there. Funny thing is these are not the only plates and house keeping is working on room on the floor, but the plates are still there. Sorry, but that’s discussing. There’s a few other things that I was like, really. Go stay at the Seaside across the street, you’re welcome.

Great location! Steps from the shipyard area with lots of stores, the pier, and the lonsdale market (so many amazing places to eat everywhere!) we loved watching the sunset from the pier and then walking along the harbourfront at sunrise. The hotel has a great gym and swimming pool we enjoyed using. The rooms are clean and standard size. Would stay again. Great location! Maybe include some bottles of water or treat on arrival to make it more luxury experience

West Vancouver Secondary School grads held our 50th reunion at the Pinnacle at the Pier this past weekend. We were delighted with the venue, the food and the service we received. A huge thank you to Jessica, the Wedding and Catering Manager, for her patience and accommodation of our last minute requests - she provided us with excellent service, as well as to Leah who got this off the ground for us! Much appreciated! The staff for the evening were exemplary, so a big shout out to Mac, Veronica, Donald, Kyle, Andrea and Agneishzka (hope I spelled that right) for your hard work in keeping everyone happy! I speak for all of us when I say this is a lovely venue and we would highly recommend the Pinnacle at the Pier for events!
