Beautiful hotel. We ordered the Canadian and French toast room service which was on time and delicious. The view was gorgeous. Room was huge with a great setup for the bathroom. However it was dusty in areas which made my allergies flare up. We checked in very late at 1 am and were greeted by Noah and his trainee who checked us in promptly and with ease. Bag service for transport to cruise ship was very easy, only a call and they come immediately. Right on top of cruise terminal which made embarking on our ship smooth. Also near delicious places to eat and right by the station for easy travel from the airport. Would stay again!

the hotel room itself was spacious with a gorgeous view. For whatever reason this hotel provides 2doubles rather than 2 queen beds - which is an odd choice. Staff were welcoming and polite - parking is hourly which they don't bother telling you until you ask - this is the cause of my lower rating. - hotel charges for wifi - i forgot something in the room that had my contact information right on it. (at checkout) they do not alert you. They Did catalogue it. I'm guessing they don't call because that way if you don't claim it someone keeps it? a courtesy call would have been nice.
Had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. But what really made the stay memorable was the customer service; every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every request, big or small. It's rare to find that level of hospitality consistently across an entire team.
Pan Pacific Vancouver gave my family an excellent base for a summer visit to one of the most beautiful cities I have seen. We arrived by seaplane from Seattle, which made the hotel’s harborfront position at Canada Place feel especially appropriate. The property had the scale and orderly rhythm of a serious convention hotel, with a large lobby and a high-floor room that opened onto a wonderful view of the city and water. Most of our trip was spent outside exploring Vancouver. We walked or rode bicycles around Stanley Park, visited Kitsilano Beach near Lululemon’s headquarters, and found the city unusually easy to experience under our own power. The hotel sat at a useful hinge between the downtown business district, the harbor, and the route toward Stanley Park, making it simple to head in a different direction each day. I believe we also spent some time at the outdoor pool or hot tub, though I remember that less clearly. What remains clear is how nicely the hotel supported the broader trip: the room was spacious, the location was practical, and the views reinforced Vancouver’s beauty every time we returned. Pan Pacific was business-oriented rather than intimate, but for a family intent on seeing the city, it worked extremely well.
Excellent location with a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. A special thank you to Arvin for assisting me with gift arrangements before our check-in, which made the experience even more memorable. I would also like to recognize the friendly breakfast staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service each morning. Highly recommended!
