Cannot fault this hotel. From a bubbly drink start to check out finish, it was great to stay there.
The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful. The location is fantastic - if you want to walk you can and there is a train station opposite if you are feeling lazy. The room was big and clean. It was quiet. The bed was huge. The towels were fluffy. The toiletries were lovely. We found lots of lovely restaurants nearby. And one amazing dive bar. River taxis are about a 5 minutes walk away if needed.
Will we return? Most definitely 😊♥️
Incredible location! Walk to everything or take the water taxi to Granville Island. Reception was awesome as they welcomed us with a drink and reserved free electric bikes for the following day. Room is large and very clean with lots of amenities - even a Dyson hairdryer. Nespresso Machine for the morning coffee. Great hotel with an incredible team!
Wow! What a great stay in Vancouver. Highly recommended. Check in was a breeze and we were welcomed with a glass of Rosé. Staff friendly and accommodating. The bar/restaurant (Capo) was amazing and worth visiting even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Rooms very nice with very comfortable beds. Won't stay anywhere else when we come back to Vancouver.

Absolutely incredible service truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!!!
Our stay at the OPUS Hotel was honestly next level. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked through the door. You’re greeted with a glass of rosé, which is such a fun and thoughtful touch but it was the little things throughout our entire stay that really stood out.
They went above and beyond for us from making my birthday special with an incredible surprise of gourmet goodies and local chocolates and bottle of rose & to taking such amazing care of my friend before and after the race with thoughtful snacks for a post marathon to just genuinely making us feel welcomed and looked after. And what impressed me most was that it wasn’t just one person. Every single person we interacted with was incredible. Friendly, attentive, genuine and so accommodating.
You can stay at a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people and the way they make you feel that you remember and OPUS absolutely nailed that.
We felt so cared for, celebrated and welcomed the entire time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their team. If you’re staying in Vancouver, do yourself a favour and book OPUS. You won’t regret it!!!
The facility is very nice. It has a definite ‘boutique’ feel. The thing is, as nice as it is, the staff is what elevated our stay!! Everyone was kind, friendly, polite and helpful!! Scott, the Front Office Manager, was most helpful and considerate ensuring the stay for our anniversary was special. Kudos to the whole team!!! Thank you!!
