I had a good stay at the Coast Lonsdale Quay Hotel. The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Anwr, was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped us find parking and was very professional and friendly throughout our interaction. However, I think the rooms could use some renovation and maintenance. The toilet flush was not working properly, and unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable. Overall, the room was acceptable for the price I paid for my stay, but improving the condition of the rooms and the comfort of the beds would make the experience much better. The front desk service, especially from Anwr, was excellent.

It was OK. Just OK. Room was clean but worn a bit. Sewer smell coming from the sink drain. TV and channel options are excellent. Room had frig and micro. A/C was VERY noisy. Bed was comfy. Location is very good just hard to find from the street if coming by ride share. Value for the $$$- I guess that depends on the rate you get. Staff was generally very good however we did have one incident where housekeeping forgot to leave bath towels and the front desk wanted us to come get them rather than have them deliver them to the room. My rating...Meh.....
Absolutely wonderful people manning the front desk, especially Ishita. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is right above the Quay market so you can easily take the elevator down and browse the market stands for food and souvenirs. The area around the hotel is safe and nice for walking around and taking in the views from the pier. An overall really nice stay in a nice and clean hotel
The staff were amazing, so kind. The rooms are great, but the bathroom had no ventilation and the beds were iffy, but the sheets are like a cloud. The market downstairs was such a vibe, and the pier not to far away is amazing at night. You get great views all around, and the shipyard is majestic at sunset. Overall really great place to stay! I recommend the croissant place nearby, the Catch.
100% would recommend this hotel to other travelers. We stayed for a couple of nights prior to an Alaskan Cruise, and found it to be comfortable and clean with incredibly friendly staff. It's in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and easily accessible via public transportation (don't let the fact that it's across the bay from downtown be a deterrent - taking the Sea Bus was so much fun!). They were also kind enough to ship an item I left back to me via Canada Post, which was significantly more cost effective than FedEx.
