Inn At The Quay

Ok so, location, service, friendly and helpful staff were all great here. The reason why this gets 4 stars, is because me and my partner are tall people and neither the bed nor the toilet were easy for us to use in the room. Room was clean and well prepped. So really, it's personne specific I guess but honestly would come back due to staff helpfulness alone.

Very convenient, clean and great location right on river and across from skytrain. lots of nice places along the boardwalk, shops and eating places nearby. highly recommend it i stayed twice and they only had almond milk in the rooms though no regular milk or creamer. and only one regular teabag.

We really enjoyed our stay at Inn at the Quay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and replenishment of all amenities. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to the SkyTrain, with easy access to Waterfront. We also loved the beautiful waterfront promenade, as well as the nearby cafés and market. A comfortable hotel with excellent service and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

we had a great 2 night stay. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I appreciate that one of the staff caught us leaving our room and asked if we needed anything. All we asked for more coffee. Our coffee got refreshed, our room was cleaned up nicely(the gf and I had kinda slovenly). The bed was made with fresh linins and our close that we had on the floor were piled very nicely. the GF and I stay in a hotel about once a year and this was the nicest stay we've had in many years.
