Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel offers outstanding services, the staff were genuinely helpful, and the location made it easy to reach all the main sightseeing spots. The rooms were extremely clean and surprisingly spacious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Excellent location. Lovely spacious room. The pillows and linens! Slept so well. Excellent shower pressure. Quiet HVAC. Great included buffet breakfast! Very clean, modern. Reasonable parking fees (recommend using the pay kiosk instead of through hotel, to save) with plenty available spaces and easy access. I would definitely return here.
Super spacious room in at excellent location! Just 8 mins walk from Sky train of Canada Line and 1 min walk to expo line. Bus stops are very close. Many restaurants, cafe and shops nearby. We were given a room at 31th floor with great city view. Bed and beddings were comfortable and plenty of plugs in room. I most appreciated the cleanliness of the bed as I could not find dust on them with the plastic tape roll! Amazing! Staff are helpful and professional. Thankful to have wonderful stay here. I especially love to have filter water at the machine instead of bottle water. Environment friendly. If you want to have hot water, pls ask for a kettle. Parking fee is very expensive. Better go to the hotel by public transport.
Great experience! Location was very convenient since it was easy to get to from YVR via train. Just about everything in downtown Vancouver is walking distance from the hotel. Heated pool is a nice touch. Guest services even loaned me an umbrella to walk to the convenience store. Definitely would stay here again!
Great Pre Cruise Stay in Vancouver My friend and I stayed here for two nights before our Alaska cruise, and it was an excellent choice. We booked the stay using points, and it was a great value. The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was close to the cruise terminal, within walking distance of several great restaurants, and about a 25 to 30 minute drive from the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and located on a high floor with a nice view of the city. One of my favorite parts of the stay was breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. On beautiful mornings, the floor to ceiling windows opened completely, creating a true indoor outdoor atmosphere that made breakfast even more enjoyable. I also used the fitness center once during our stay. While it wasn’t large, it had everything I needed, including treadmills and free weights. The gym overlooks the outdoor pool. Although I didn’t use the pool myself, it looked like a popular spot for families, and I also noticed there was a sauna. Overall, this was a comfortable, well located hotel and a great choice for anyone staying in Vancouver before an Alaska cruise.
