Executive Hotel Le Soleil

I had a great stay at this hotel! The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the location couldn't be better if you're attending an event—it's super close to the convention center. The rooms were remarkably spacious, offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. On top of that, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in Vancouver!! From the time I arrived until the moment I departed, the staff, property and amenities exceeded expectations. From the front desk staff to the housekeepers in the elevators, I was treated like a VIP the entire time I was here. Such a warm, welcoming place to call home while on vacation. I've experienced other properties in this area and often times feel like a very transactional guest. Not this time....nothing but smiles and personalized care every step of the way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Can't wait to stay here again next time I'm in Vancouver!

Lovely experience. Friendly desk friends made sharing smiles easy. Felt like I was in the middle of everything with easy access to all of this area any direction you chose to walk. Look forward to visiting again.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I specifically booked a bright corner room with multiple large windows, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Instead, I was given a completely different room—a dark room with a single small window facing walls. It looked nothing like the room that was advertised. When I asked to be moved to the room I had booked, I was told that “the room shown in the photos is not guaranteed.” Advertising one type of room to attract guests and then providing something substantially different is misleading and unacceptable. Because the hotel could not provide the accommodation I had reserved, I had no choice but to leave and find another hotel late at night after a long journey. This caused significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected additional expenses. To make matters worse, although two nights were eventually refunded, I am still trying to recover the charge for the first night, which was incorrectly treated as a “no-show.” I was not a no-show—I arrived at the hotel, attempted to check in, and had to leave solely because the hotel failed to provide the room I had booked. I am still pursuing a refund for this unjustified charge. I cannot recommend this hotel. If the room you book is important to you, be aware that the hotel may not provide what is advertised, and resolving the issue afterward has been extremely frustrating.
