This would have been a typically normal hotel experience if it wasn't for Andrew, Shawn and Anabella. They made our visit a joyous occasion. Christine has an exceptional team. If I could choose players for my professional basketball team, the aforementioned would be four of the starters! I feel confident knowing the others I didn't have a chance to interact with are just as amiable. Six stars for service. Pantry stocked with some essentials and snacks. Exceptionally clean & appointed room. Beaucoup Kudos to the cleaning team. Very relaxing hot tub and pool. Becoming a consierge - level hotel would be a nice enhancement. Thanks again

I had the pleasure of staying there last night and I would certainly go back. This is a 4-5 star hotel. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because there was a piece of bagel or toast on the floor. Not something you are expecting to step on in your room. Ample parking, beautiful decor and very quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great shoutout to Ricco at the front desk! My mum and I arrived after a long drive feeling pretty exhausted, but Ricco greeted us with such a warm smile and friendly energy. He made the check-in process easy and smooth, and was really helpful in explaining the hotel and its amenities. Ricco was really thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. He even served us hot tea and water while we waiting for the room. His kindness definitely made our stay even better, and we’d be happy to come back again. Thank you, Ricco! 🙌

Huge shoutout to Micha at the front desk. I came in after a delayed flight looking and feeling like I had been personally attacked by the airplane and airport haha. However, Micha greeted me with such great energy and kindness that my entire mood changed within seconds. She made check-in smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. Super thoughtful, friendly to speak with, and made me feel welcomed right away. By the time I got to my room, I already forgot how awful the flight was. I only stay at this Delta hotel when traveling for business and it's always consistent. The rooms have a simple yet functional layout, it's clean, luxurious feeling, but without the luxurious price tag. 15-20 minutes away from the airport, the ferry, downtown Vancouver. Anyways back to Micha. Micha you're the reason people remember a hotel experience for the right reasons. Kudos to you Micha, you're world class at what you do! Appreciate you!
