I stay at this hotel every few months and have always had a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. On my most recent stay, I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checking out. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team for finding them and keeping them safe for me. Their honesty, care, and professionalism are truly appreciated!
We spent the night at the Kamloops Delta Hotel while traveling to Jasper on the Rocky Mountaineer Train. Our rooms were very nice, impeccabley clean & the beds were so comfortable. Check in & out was very easy. Special salute to Alice, on the front desk. She was very polite, professional, helpful & just a Sweetheart. Thank you for a very nice hotel stay in Kamloops!
We had a very pleasant stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are genuinely friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delicious food in a great atmosphere. The bar is also worth mentioning, with carefully prepared drinks and attentive service. The only downside for us was Kamloops itself. Compared to other destinations in British Columbia, the city doesn’t offer a great deal to see or do, which made the hotel the highlight of our stay. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Kamloops. The excellent service, comfortable rooms, and quality restaurant make it a great place to stay.
Had a wonderful stay at the Delta Kamloops hotel. Located in the heart of Kamloops downtown area. They offer underground parking and have a lot in the back for over height vehicles too. Everyone at reception was welcoming and kind with warm smiles. The hotel looks newly renovated from top to bottom. They have a large work out room and a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub looking out over town. The restaurant was great, we enjoyed breakfast one morning and lunch on another. Their service was efficient and pleasant. The rooms were all bright and fresh looking after the renovation. There were lots of charging points in the room, a working desk and large flat screen TV. Internet was great and had no issues with streaming. The washroom had a full-size walk in shower with great water pressure, only down side was a small sink, I suspect as its a legacy hotel, they were limited as to what they could fit in the room. The hotel lobby can get a little busy with meetings and Rocky Mountaineer guests at times but won't affect your stay. Defiantly would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Kamloops. Easy walking to restaurants, grocery store, public transit.
We enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotels Kamloops. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. Free water at check-in was a delight after lots of car travel! The hotel is modern and comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed for a road trip stay. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being located in the heart of downtown Kamloops. We chose to turn off the air con and open the window, as we found the air con unit in our room so loud! The shops behind the hotel made it easy for getting some supplies for the trip too. The central location also made it easy to explore the city, restaurants, and nearby attractions on foot. We also enjoyed the on-site bar experience. Both Ash and Matt were very talented mixologists, offering new cocktails to suit our tastes. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Kamloops, whether for business or leisure.
