Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre

If you are ever planning an event, your wedding or anything that requires planning and a room, I highly recommend the Coast hotel. I just recently had my wedding there and have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. It was super easy to communicate with Kate. They took a lot of the big planning out of the event as a whole. They had catering, bar and the room set up exactly how we needed it and it was all done quickly and efficiently. The room we stayed in was amazing also. Super clean, easy to find and a great view of the Atrium and pool. I do wish we had an outside deck but other than that, would not change a single thing about our stay and intend on coming back and staying at least once a year. Could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience. :)

This is usually our stop every summer while travelling. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. I booked both the way there and the way back at the same time. When we initially arrived in Kamloops on the way to our destination, the first room was disgustingly, dirty, and old. The second room had what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress. We were finally moved to a better room with newer mattresses that was acceptable (just). I tried to cancel my reservation for the way home at 11pm the night before and they said they'd charge me almost the entire cost for a "late" cancellation fee because it's wasn't 24 hours notice. The way back from our trip the room was ok, but still dated and not clean to my standards. They also do not have blackout curtains, so the attached photo is how bright it was in the room at 1:00 in the morning, made it incredibly hard to sleep!! We didn't have much of a choice though as the rooms were full from fire evacuees. It's hot in there, the AC hardly works. The pool and hot tub is gross, and the general maintenance and cleanliness is heavily lacking. The restaurant sucks and they don't even have normal ketchup, and they are over priced. I would not recommend.

We had a very enjoyable meal at Coast Restaurant in Kamloops. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the service was friendly, and the menu offered a good range of seafood and other options. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavour. It was a great place to stop for a comfortable meal while travelling through Kamloops, and everything felt well organized without being rushed. A solid choice for good food, pleasant service, and an easy dining experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre! It was our first visit to Kamloops, and we’re so happy we chose this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, spotless, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the swimming pool and hot tub—they were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit local attractions. We traveled as a couple, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kamloops!
