Bighorn Meadows Resort

We recently brought 19 women to Bighorn Meadows Resort for our Choice Fitness retreat, and our stay was absolutely amazing! I organize a retreat every year, choosing a different destination each time, and every single woman in our group loved this resort. Working with Stenny Villamiel at True Key was a pleasure. Her communication was outstanding, and she made planning and coordinating our stay so much easier. One of the biggest advantages for a group retreat was the variety of accommodations. Everyone could book what suited their needs—from a one-bedroom suite to a two-bedroom suite or a three-bedroom townhouse. Having that flexibility made everyone feel comfortable while still allowing us to enjoy the weekend together. The beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations, and wonderful overall experience made this such a special getaway. We loved it so much that we’re already considering returning next year! Thank you, Stenny and the Bighorn team, for helping make our retreat such a memorable experience. Highly recommended for a group getaway… or any get away

The grounds were amazing! Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep roaming the property. Was so cool! The unit (2 bed 2 bath) was nice and spacious. The only unfortunate part was we were given a unit in one of the few buildings with no great view. Other thing is checking in the person checking us in was not informative of the area, kind of just didn’t seem helpful at all. Checking out another person who really didn’t seem to care less about our time there, so I didn’t share it.

we were eager to return after a pleasant visit in the past. Unfortunately, our excitement turned to disappointment upon arrival. Upon checking in, we were dismayed to find the following issues: - The floors were in unacceptable condition; whether tiles, vinyl, or carpets, they had not been cleaned, with noticeable debris and hair present. - As parents of a toddler, we were particularly stressed about the cleanliness of the floor, worrying he might sit or crawl on it. - The seating area in the living room was quite unappealing, and we found it necessary to cover the furniture with extra blankets which been provided in the closet, to make it more presentable. The Leather couch showing signs of stains and hair. - In the kitchen, every drawer contained crumbs, and the state of the fridge and microwave raised serious food safety concerns. It is disheartening to arrive after a long journey, only to find a dirty place. - We also encountered a further disappointment on Saturday; although it was a beautiful day, one of the hot tubs was closed, and the other was lukewarm, making it an unenjoyable experience. Considering the price we paid for our stay, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. It is unfortunate, as the property itself has stunning views and a beautiful structure. However, the experience fell short compared to a nearby motel where my sister stayed, which provided better hygiene standards. Regrettably, due to these issues, I cannot recommend your property to others and will hesitate to return in the future.

Visited here using an Interval membership trading for a time share and mainly focused on hiking and wandering the area. Rooms are decent and generally well put together. Location is great if you are a golfer (which we are not) and good if you are interested in hiking and seeing the area. Hot tub is good and workout room decently equipped
