This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has such a luxurious, upscale feel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.
The entire hotel was clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious!
Wow!!! I love love the staff here. The check in was seamless and thoughtful. We had issue with forgetting our Tesla valet key. No problem they made it work getting our phone to our room after each park. Smiling 10/10 service. The housekeeper was so thoughtful, he was cleaning when we got back and accommodated us back in the room fast. We ordered DoorDash and they brought the food to our room rather late in the night, all smiles. The rooms are great. Location perfect. I’m in love with their staff. So so so good. Do not hesitate to come for business or leisure. 10/10!! Room service was excellent. Ty azur!!!
A true 5 star hotel experience. The staff are professional and guest focused, the hotel is luxurious, with beautiful finishes and attention to detail. Yazna at the front desk provided a fantastic, friendly check in experience and made us feel welcome and informed on everything they have offer. Our room had all of the amenities you'd expect from a luxury boutique hotel, and just exudes class at every turn. Very happy with our choice to book the Azur for the first time. We will definitely book this lovely hotel again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Azure Hotel Vancouver! The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also very modern, exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding.
A special thank you to Blagoje, who made our stay even better. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He gave us fantastic recommendations on what to do around Vancouver, what to avoid, and helped us get settled into our room with ease. His local knowledge and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home.

This hotel is the definition of luxury. It is truly a 5 star hotel. From the moment we stepped in, 2 staff greeted us and offered help with luggage. The rooms are gorgeous and high tech. The bathroom especially is a treat with a gorgeous soaker tub and in floor heating. They are smaller European style rooms but have lots of storage. The staff are super helpful and quick to respond to any needs. If you need gym/pool access they have a set up for a day pass at the ymca 1 min away. This gym was also well equipped, clean and spacious.
The location is also perfect, 2.5 blocks from waterfront station. We took the train to most places. We would definitely come here again!
