Great location for city centre and the hospital. Quiet despite city centre location with parking available which was very helpful and cheaper than other car parks. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Staff very helpful.

We had a good stay in Hamilton. The rooms were spacious & cozy. Was value for money. The location is perfect as it's just a 2 minute walk away from the Bristol bus station.
We recently spent 5 weeks in the apartments when a family member was taken seriously Ill and admitted to Bristol royal infirmary, ,firstly I would like to say that the communication and service offered by Mark within the bookings team was brilliant , we didn’t know how long we would be there and an initial 3 night booking turned into over a month on each extention Mark ensured continuity and responded to all of our needs taking worry and hassle away from a difficult situation. The location was perfect for the hospital Being a couple of hundred yards away and close to shops and city centre , great location for seeing Bristol in other circumstances as well . The aprtements are clean , well equipped , and felt very safe, as were the communal areas . I would recommend the apartments and very definitely the company Thank you Mark and the team
This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay as a home base when we went to Stonehenge and Bath. It was a little further than staying in Bath. I liked the fact that there was more lodging available in Bristol. We had rented a car, and staying in bath its hard to find a place to park the car unless you park at a park and ride. We didn't want to have such a hassle to get to our car to go somewhere. The apartment was clean and everything it was advertised. I missed the part about having to pay extra for parking, and didn't pay for and get parking access until the day of. Our parking fob and directions were not with the room keys due to my lateness paying for it. Accessing the parking fob was easy enough was just an extra step. I needed the good instructions for where the parking was. Since we parked on the street while I ran in and got the keys, we didn't sit long and read how to find it. After a few minutes of driving around, I found the proper directions in the welcome letter and it was quite easy . The issue is we tried to go down the side road on the wrong side of the building. Had I paid for parking and gotten the room keys at the same time it would have been fine. We were surprised by the graffiti in the area at first, wondering if we were in a bad part of Bristol. I later read its a thing, and didn't mean we were in a shady unsafe neighborhood. I would recommend this as a place to stay. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed there was a Tesco express close enough to walk and grab some laundry detergent and groceries to make a quick easy dinner after a long day of sightseeing.
This was a gem of a find. I would definitely stay here again. Check in instructions sound complicated but are so easy to follow, checking in is a breeze. We didn't cook but the kitchen is well equipped and we really appreciated the tea/coffee/ biscuits which was all we needed. It is easy walk to the old and new part of the city and an easy coach connection to Heathrow and Bristol airport.
