The Bristol Hotel

An amazing hotel, arranged an allocation with them and stayed there for a wedding. A good suite with all the amenities, super comfortable beds. The riverstation grill did a decent breakfast and a fantastic dinner with good views of the harbour. Friendly staff were very helpful, supported with bookings, refunds and returning lost items from rooms. Highly recommend.

Have been staying at The Bristol for 15+ years due to its excellent location and value for money. Noticed a marked improvement in recent years in customer service. It was never less than good, but is now exceptional and the staff really make you feel special.

I stayed at the Bristol Hotel during my time of an event that was taking place nearby and it was a great experience. The receptionist was great on arrival and checked into the hotel with no problems. The room that stayed was great and was clean on arrival. Ordered food from my room and staff were friendly over the phone and the food itself was great and came pretty quick. The location of the hotel was convenient for myself as it was located pretty much in the Bristol City Centre and was able to explore the city in the evening. I would like to thank the staff for accommodating me at this hotel and would use again when there’s something going on. 😁

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We experienced car issues whilst here and needed an RAC callout. The team on the front desk were helpful and made the whole experience so manageable. Breakfast was worth it. It is central and we stayed on a Friday night so there was some noise outside, but it didn’t impact our sleep or bother us at all. Very clean.
