Leonardo Hotel Bristol City

It’s been a lovely stay at this hotel and my family loved the buffet breakfast. We arrived on 28th July and left on 30th July (room 706). The room was comfy with air conditioning and unfortunately due to work commitments was unable to stay for a few more days. Hopefully we will visit again next summer, in particular to enjoy the buffet breakfast! Please appreciate the hardworking efforts of the staff managing cleaning and catering/dining room duties. As they strive hard to keep customers happy. Room 706 was nice, tidy and comfortable. And staff arrived later (room service) to freshen the room again. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome when arriving and sent their best when it was time to leave. Overall it’s been a memorable stay at this hotel. Until next summer………

Hotel was lovely - clean and modern and in the perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially Andrea who went above and beyond for my birthday! Food and drinks were excellent and good value! We had a brilliant stay and will definitely return.

Highly recommend. Clean rooms, plentiful breakfast and lovely staff. And just a short 10 minute walk from Temple Meads train station and an easy walk to the centre of town. The room was facing a busy road but this had no impact on sound, it was lovely and quiet.

Rooms were not what I expect for a four star hotel. We got the deluxe room, which we paid to upgrade to, but there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the bed was pretty hard. We then asked for a late checkout and were told we’d be charged for that, fair enough that wasn’t so much of a problem. We called room service for extra towels and that took over an hour to come. We had finished by that point. We spent our third night in the Hilton Garden Inn down the road, where we got an extremely comfy bed with tea and coffee making services and late checkout for free at a cheaper nightly price. Also don’t get the breakfast it was nearly inedible. I’ve had much better breakfast at a Premier Inn. Which by the way has a better room if you get a premier plus with an espresso machine and a special make-up mirror and the bed is always comfy. Save your money and go to Premier Inn or Hilton. Location is amazing though if you’re not bothered about any of the above.
