I thought I was joining a group and would be receiving information from the group tour guide. As it was, this amount of money just got me a ticket which cost more than if I had just bought the ticket individually. I was disappointed in that aspect.

This is a must do experience, you won't be disappointed, The staff where friendly and more then willing to give you any help
You need to arrive 20 mins before your booked time. Would recommend only on a clear day with no wind!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience at Brighton 360! We absolutely loved our experience at Brighton 360! The views were absolutely beautiful, and seeing Brighton from above was truly amazing. 😍🌊 The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised that the waiting time was shorter than expected, so everything went smoothly. It was a wonderful experience, with breathtaking views and lovely service. We would definitely recommend Brighton 360 to anyone visiting Brighton, and we would happily come back again! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable! ❤️
Enjoyed the trip. If you find it too expensive then go for free. No one checks your ticket
Overall it was good - a bit expensive but I wasn’t expecting it to be a reasonable price… Worth noting you need to be there at least 10mins before. They didn’t have this on the email with the tickets but the staff were strict on this.
Well worth doing. Great views of the remains of the old pier, main pier, all around Brighton and on a clear day even see the Isle of Wight!
Incredible experience as a tourist in the area. We were met at the ticket booth by Rasco (I believe this was his name) and he provided incredible service and a lovely chat while booking the tickets. He was also on the trip up the I360 and he was very knowledgeable at the top, giving lots of information on the surroundings and what we could see. Made for an all-round very pleasant experience and something I would thoroughly recommend.
What a great experience! I’m not a huge fan of heights so was nervous but the movement of the pod is gentle and the atmosphere inside is very soothing! Great to be able to have a drink and space to wander round at your own pace taking in the awesome views!
Great views at the top and appreciated the history of Brighton explanations from one of the staff on the pod. You can see right over to the white cliffs of Dover on the left and isle of wight to the right
Friendly staff I love that, clean, happy, attractive................................................
Fantastic experience Fortunate to have good weather, however it would have been nice to have had shelter when waiting. Gift shop was bitterly disappointing however. Very little by way of gifts that related to the tower surprisingly. Drinks were a tad expensive in the capsule.
Perfect views, lovely atmosphere, not too many people per experience. You feel secure so I think someone scared of heights could cope with this. Very slow movement up and down. Bar area for drinks was great.
We bought all-day tickets on the day as this was right opposite our Hotel. We went around 7pm for the ride and it was efficient and all worked out. The rise is very smooth and it’s a great view as you rise above the hotels to a great height. There is enough time to look around, take photos and enjoy it before the descent. We enjoyed it - it’s a bit over-priced in my view -(but all day option is the most expensive choice and we wanted that flexibility) but worth doing once.
The staff were great, especially as my son decided he couldn’t go on. They were very supportive and spoke with him offering support. The ride itself goes up and down very smoothly. It was slightly overcast but still lovely views along the coastline, out to sea and back to the town.
Very smooth ride and easy access for people in wheelchairs. Staff were very friendly. Eddy was amazing. The views of Brighton and surrounds were to die for. I would highly recomend this as a bucket list item
Very good but very hot in there, the views were amazing
Really lovely steady trip ip and down the tower. Plenty of time to admire the view. Not too crowded either
I have tried to email you to request a refund as the trip was cancelled at 3pm due to the air conditioning not working on the I 360. I tried to get the refund at the venue but was told I need to contact Viator directly. I am having trouble finding any contact details for you So am going vie this route. We are unable to go at another time as we are not in Brighton. Could the refund please be arranged for £41 paid?
Brilliant experience. If you're in Brighton you can't not do this! The view from the top was beautiful.
It’s really good Views are spectacular Doesn’t feel as high as you are, Went in the evening sunset was great
Was a great day out will defiantly go back withes i360 was a bit longer than it was
We had such a great time! The views were absolutely incredible, and enjoying it with a glass of champagne made it truly wonderful. It wasn't very crowded, so the bartender had time to chat with us. He told us all kinds of cool stories about Brighton, the castle, and even DJ Fatboy Slim who lives nearby! It’s not cheap, but it was a mega fun experience and totally worth it!
Amazing experience. Me and my family enjoyed alot. The staff was really friendly and they helped us.
Really disappointing and it’s over priced. It was hot and uncomfortable as there isn’t sufficient air conditioning and there’s horrible loud piped music continually playing . It was only switched off at the top so a staff member could give us a bit of information but it was difficult to hear what she was saying. Although the views were excellent I don’t recommend the i360.
Good slow climb, and decent. Would hardly know your climbing. For those nervous people plenty of room to move to the centre with views all around, but not of the ground. Bar if you require a quick drink. Good quide to the surrounding area.
Two stars as the views are amazing, however there were no information boards to show us the landmarks. No commentary either. It was just ride up and down. Staff were rude. We were told we were there on the wrong day. Personally I feel the experience could be improved.
Before the trip, we were told to buy around £15 worth of squid bait from a local shop. However, only one box of squid was used between the entire group, which felt very misleading and unnecessary. It seemed like we were encouraged to spend money on bait that wasn't actually needed. Unfortunately, the owners also came across as quite grumpy and weren't engaging or interested in making conversation, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The hygiene standards were also disappointing. There was no water in the toilet for washing hands, and after handling fish, there was only a single cloth for everyone on board to wipe their hands with. This didn't feel clean or appropriate. Overall, the fishing itself was enjoyable, but the lack of basic facilities, poor communication about the bait, and the unfriendly attitude of the owners meant the experience didn't live up to our expectations
I am writing this review as a last resort to try and make contact with someone who is not an AI about a ticket amendment. I am due to fly tomorrow and i360 contacted me on Monday to amend my flight time this week due to the heat. They requested I contact them to re book. I have been trying various phone numbers, spoken to an AI called Lucy and sent emails - all with no response or acknowledgement. I am not sure whether anyone has received any of my messages. There is also nothing on the website to offer support to affected customers. Other than going down there in person ( I live in Brighton) I have no idea how to make contact with this company. I just want to know how I can rebook, what the conditions are on the pod (will there be air con) and if I can get a refund due to their requested to change my booking. If anyone from i360 sees this please contact me. I have family visiting for the day and this was going to be our day out.
Is was a bit cloudy unfortunately but a nice little half hour experience. The pod was virtually empty so plenty of space for a 2yr old to enjoy
Having booked in advance and been told to report 20 minutes ahead of time, I bust the gut to do exactly that, only to be told by a pretty unhelpful black-clad security guy that my booking was cancelled. Why? Because you are the only one booked. We have transferred you to the 6.30 one. At the ticket office, the story was completely different. The pod temperature is too high, it's nearly 40 degrees inside. Admittedly, it was the start of what the French call the canicule, the heatwave that hit Europe in the latter part of June. But I stuck to my guns, after all, I had a confirmed booking, so that was that. So I travelled as the sole paying passenger to the top, 138 metres. Quite a view but I didn't think worth the £16.50 I had paid as a senior citizens. It was odd to me that the air conditioning is clearly inadequate as a number of quite poorly installed portable units were clearly inadequate for really hot days. In addition, they play very loud and horribly bossy music which I cannot believe is either necessary or appropriate. I also spotted quite a few cracked and broken glass panels on the pod roof and was left wondering if the low passenger numbers I spotted on the previous and post trips to mine are typical and whether the attraction is actually making any money at all? Anyway it is expensive for what it is and I don't have it down as something you must do in the area.
Perfect weather made for a lovely view.
The weather was dangerous & one of our family was poorly to do this sort of activity we rang on 4 occasions to try to bring the time of booking forward or cancel and you just get a robot on the phone not able to speak to an actual person. We haven’t been contacted by anyone to get a refund or at the very least a credit note. Not happy!
It was worthwhile. Lovely views from the top. We went on a sunny day and it was quite hot in the bubble.
Easy to get into the area. A few tables a little bar up too whilst you wait. Friendly staff. We had a guide book with our ticket but there wasn’t any one board. Has to pick it up afterwards. Great few of Brighton from the donut. Smooth ascent and descent. Great picture opportunities. Bar lovely. Shame no air con and it was like a sauna. Something different to try
Great experience, hosts were fab, they took some lovely photos of us. Views were amazing, cocktails were delicious too. Definitely worth doing. 20 people ish on at same time as us so plenty of space to move around and look
Thursday 28 may 2026. Afternoon the lady at the tickets office, she was super and the security guy were so friendly and helpful
DO NOT PRE-BOOK You don’t know how busy it’s going to be. Have a look and see if it is busy or not. You may save a quid but not worth it if like us you are pre-booked with a large group of kids who sat blocking every view . Paying this much you deserve to see the views so look at how many are travelling in advance before paying a quid extra and seeing the views. Should add staff were lovely though
Rude Security Unhelpful jobsworth Wheelchair Unfriendly Staff Serious under staffed
Booked tickets as a BHC council tax payer. Beautiful clear day. Signposting non existent to entrance. A very rude member of staff said, ' 30 seconds to book in' although we'd waited there for 10 minutes! Apart from that all was fine. Worth doing when in Brighton.
Not a bad little thing to do great views of Brighton and the surrounding areas, of course views dependant on weather, we were lucky and glad we done it time on it was about right to walk around and look at all the views from different angles
At the end of a conference I visited the Brighton i360. Had to arrive 30 mins early for bag checks; friendly staff. Great bar in the i360 and lovely, chatty, knowledgeable staff. The views out to sea and across the city were amazing. A twenty-minute round trip. So glad I did this!
Do NOT book this tour with Viator. Thre was heavy fog in Brighton this week and visability was ZERO. I visited the attraction and they advised me to apply for refund with Viator who would check with the them and they’d confirm the zero visability. Did this then Viator said it was non refundable. I won’t be booking with Viator ever again.
Great experience for first time in Brighton, around half an hour experience going up then having time to view at the top, visit the bar, then return back down. Drink prices were reasonable we had two glasses of Prosecco around £8 each, they had some beers, wines and spritz. Perfect to see the whole of Brighton!
Wow, so lucky with the weather which was clear and cold leading to the most spectacular sunset!! Not crowded, enough room to walk around to experience the full 360. Staff were great, you certainly didn’t feel they’re repeating themselves several times a day……. felt like a one-off. Not an expensive treat at just £18 per person, manageable for a family. Felt like you had enough time for the experience albeit I could have taken in the views for hours! Between Christmas and New Year lent itself to a unique atmosphere of fun and looking to the future.
I didnt got the chance to experience it. as it was closed for maintenance. i wasnt even notified about it. from neither the i360 nor by Viator. I need full refund of for 4 tickets.
A fantastic experience, a very smooth movement and much bigger than you think. Plenty of room, excellent 360 degree view. Bought a glass of prosecco, as champagne is a bit expensive, but definitely recommend a visit.
Want to thank the wonderful, sparkly and all round fabulous Toyah for her warm welcome at the i360. Was inspired by her delicious looking iced coffee and ordered one! It was delicious btw! There’s a much more approachable feel to the cafe/bar area that I now like to pop to to have a beer or coffee which I probably wouldn’t have done before (!) Went on a sunny day and there was a lovely mellow Cafe Del Mar feel about it.. great music too. Love the seating on the beach too.. view is epic! The prices for residents to use the i360 are very reasonable (£5 I think?) so I’ll be dragging the fam down soon. Look forward to spending more time here! All the staff are excellent btw.. super friendly and well informed. Keep up the top work guys!
The children are everywhere and un supervised. Big are so the parents let them run amuck. The tour operators says it happens a lot. They need adult only rides 2 or 3 times a day
My i360 experience in summer was a total misfire. The pod itself was a solar flare of heat, a literal sauna with none of the benefits. They ought to offer water freely, but instead, their drink prices are astronomical. The intense temperature inside the "doughnut" was so bad everyone had heat stroke after it. We found a few fans blowing cold air, but they were tucked away from the main viewing area. The conundrum was this: you either chose to orbit the fans to escape the heat, or you stayed at the viewing window and endured a scorching experience you paid a stellar price for. This is a cosmic health hazard and needs to be shut down.
