This is a great tour to get to know Brighton's history and to see parts of the town that you might otherwise miss. The cycling is flat and easy. Our guide Jamie was very knowledgeable and made it interesting and relevant.

Very informative bike tour in Brighton. Duncan was a very pleasant guide. I would definitely recommend this your, as you get to learn and see a lot about the city and it's history in a short time period.
Bike tour was very enjoyable and informative. A little disappointed not riding an e-bike but still enjoyed the tour. It was fun seeing the city a different way
Really great way to see Brighton. Duncan was a super informative guide. It was pretty windy on the seafront but we still thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.
Tour guide was really great and made the tour really enjoyable. Learnt so much history about Brighton. Great way to get to know the place.
Our guide Gabriel was fun, knowledgable and let us flex our experience. We never felt rushed, he gave his time generously. He made sure we were all happy with our bikes. He kept us safe and we used cycle lanes 90 % of the time. The ice-cream stop was very welcome. I'd highly recommend.
Had a lovely tour around Brighton with Cicely. We chose to do this at the start of our stay which was great as we could take in all of the areas to visit and Cicely recommended things to do and restaurants. It was safe, easy and mainly flat cycling around the many Brighton cycle paths. Cicely was very informative about the historical background of Brighton- loved the story about Mrs Gunn the dipper to the royals - pay attention- there’s a quiz at the end 😁
Really nice and relaxed bike ride, no hills to speak of. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and fun in giving the highlights Of brighton history. Would definitely recommend!
We rarely cycle, so we were a bit unsure about booking this, but ended up on both the city tour and the coastal paths tour and thoroughly enjoyed both! I would especially recommend doing the city tour at the start of your stay in Brighton as it was really helpful in getting a lay of the city. Duncan, our guide provided fun and unusual facts at the various breaks and his enthusiasm and energy really rubbed of on the group. The coastal tour was mostly flat, great for unfit thighs like mine, and provided pretty views of the sea and the chalky cliffs, again with loads of intersting facts thrown in. So glad we did this!
Great tour, very knowledgeable and informative. Would really recommend. Gabriel was great. Thank you.
2.5 hour tour of the city with Cicely who's an excellent guide. She clearly enjoys her job and gave a really interesting insight into the city both past and present. Just enough information and not too physically taxing. Great bikes. Couldn't recommend this tour enough, was a highlight of our stay.
Cicely is a really cool Brightonian who says that she loves her city, and it shows. We enjoyed her knowledge and familiarity. She gave us just enough history and information to bring everything alive, and we even got across the border to Hove Actually! Great fun on a sunny June Saturday. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience in a small group. Knowledgable guide, a good laugh, there's nothing we missed. Would absolutely recommend it for first time in Brighton.
It was a really fabulous tour, very informative and the pace was just right, even for the novice rider. NO hills - wahoo!
Superb trip with a wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly guide. Really interesting and safe route for the bikes.
This tour was great, they had bikes of different sizes for all of the family. My son was less than keen and Cicely the guide really encouraged him and even adapted the program for us to suit younger kids better. In the end we all enjoyed it. It was perfect for novice riders and I am not even stiff today. Thanks to all the team for making it a really positive experience.
The guide knew a lot about Brighton and his history. The route was very nice. We saw and learned a lot about/of Brighton! At the end we drank some coffee together
We had a very nice trip with excellent guidance from Cicely. We were just 3 people plus Cicely, no stress and lots of interesting information about Brighton. We absolutely recommend this trip.
I joined a small tour on a beautifully sunny day around the streets of Brighton and (Hove actually). Cicely our guide was extremely friendly and informative during our very relaxed 3 hour but gentle bike ride. Using some of the local bike lanes and other quieter parts of the city we learned of the fascinating history and current themes of this vibrant location finishing with delicious ice creams on the beach - a really good way to spend some time here.
Had a fabulous time learning lots of interesting facts about Brighton and seeing the sights. Cicely was so sood and even managed to keep my 13 year entertained. Even the puncture didn't hinder our trip Cicely soon found a replacement bike!! We will be back to do it again 😀
What a brilliant tour. Fabulous tour guide in Cicily. She is so informative, eloquent, articulate, engaging and just so he right amount of structured without being overbearing. I messed up changing gear (my fault) and during the tour another bike was brought out with no fuss. Have already come to work today and told people how fabulous this tour was and how highly I recommend it. 10/10
Great trip around the city, we really enjoyed ourselves. Took a while to get organised with the right size bikes as there had been a miscommunication about kids being included in the booking but once we were off it was fab. Definitely recommend. The guide was brilliant with the kids.
The bicycle tour was great and fun. The tour guide was nice. He took use through popular streets near the sea and along the sea with a few minutes break for drinks or ice cream. The only problem was that the bicycles were not in good shapes and hard to deal with. But all together we had so much fun and good exercise.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Duncan is a fabulous owner to work with and Cicely did an excellent job taking us all around Brighton. Not only did I get a lay of the land, as I had hoped, but I learned so much about history, as well as Brighton's future. I would take the tour twice just to listen again. Well done, all.
We loved the bike tour of Brighton. Cicely was friendly and informative. We met new people and had exercise whilst finding out about the history and places to visit in Brighton. Thankyou so much
Our guide was super knowledgeable and made the experience fun. It was great to an overview of Brighton and see the sights in the way. The tour company was even able to get a minor mechanical issue on one of the bikes fixed with only a short delay.
Great and easy tour. Very fun and informative. Duncan was great and very knowledgeable. Went at group pace and all felt included. Great history about Brighton and had a few nice stops. We lucked out with great weather. I would highly recommend for novice to experienced bike riders. He asked the group interests and made small changes to accommodate. Thanks again Duncan great day!!!
We love doing a bike tour whenever we visit a new city Literally just Google’d - bike tours in Brighton and this one came up. Duncan was very helpful with the booking process Our guide was Cecily and she was lovely. Bike tours are always a great way to see a city and get to see all the local areas that you probably would t find whilst just walking around Was about 2.5 hours which was enough time, which included an ice cream stop which was well needed! Thank you both very much for a lovely trip
First I'll say that Carlo the guide is a very nice, kind and fantastic person. I cycled to Brighton from Southampton and wanted something to do on my stay. I chose this cycling tour and I don't regret it. Carlo took the group around to different locations and explained the history. We cycled at a leisurely pace so cycle beginners could also enjoy the ride. We also had a break for ice cream or drinks. I highly reconmend the tour.
Great trip! Carlo was fab. My bike was a doddle to ride and really comfy. Totally recommend it 🚴♀️
A simple and relaxing ride through Brighton and Hove. A very good way to quickly sample all that Brighton has to offer Caro informed, educated and amused us all at the same time.
Carlo was entertaining, knowledgeable and provided a really fun tour. He also provided us with some good tips on how to spend the rest of the day. Well-maintained bikes.
Interesting information, plenty of different sites visited giving an excellent flavour of Brighton. The bikes are easy to ride and appropriate for all ages. Carlo was extremely information and made the whole journey fun. He was especially excellent when one of my children fell off her bike - he was more than ready to administer first aid - something which I hadn’t considered but now think essential for a group leader. We had a perfectly timed break break at a quieter cafe and overall my group really enjoyed themselves. Well worth it.
Carlo was very friendly, attentive and instantly made us feel at home. The tour was enjoyable and fun with lots of historical information and anecdotes along the way. It really gives you a feel for the city and a much better way than walking or catching a bus to do this. Some great photo opportunities too including a Banksy and David Gilmore’s house! Thoroughly enjoyable, would certainly recommend. Diolch yn fawr iawn Carlo. Lesley & Iolo
We had a great afternoon doing the tour with Carlo. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Brighton and it gave us a great way of exploring the city with my son, who starts university there in September. The tour was fun and not too taxing, would definitely recommend.
Carlo was a great guide…. It was fun and informative. We saw a Banksy picture and we were told the history including the Mods and Rockers, the Grand Hotel party conference bombing and the Radio 1 beach party where a quarter of a million people partied…. It was light and the cycling was very safe. There are some beautiful buildings in Brighton especially The Dome and The Royal Pavillion . My wife is vegan and Carlo spent time offering tips on restaurants. All in all a very enjoyable experience and we would thoroughly recommend it.
I recommend this cycling tour to anyone. Carlos was fantastic and really looked after us. I was a very nervous cyclist but even I managed pretty well. And a big thank you to Carlos from my boyfriend about finding info on our car park. FYI - Carlos is an expert in free car parks.
We spent a fantastic and 2.5 hours cycling around Brighton - a place we have been to many times but we still learnt a huge amount about the place. Our tour guide, Carlo was great to get along with and patiently answered our many questions while guiding us safely around the city. Definitely recommended
Very enjoyable experience. Carlo was very personable and knowledgable . Would highly recommend, we had great fun and saw parts of Brighton that we didn’t know about .
First off, you HAVE to try this tour if you're in Brighton, even if you've lived there for 20 years. It's such a fun and healthy way to learn more about the place. Secondly, I can't imagine anyone being a better tour guide than Carlo. He is witty, fun, friendly and so knowledgeable about Brighton and Hove. Not only did he broaden our minds with fun facts, he was also our photographer and made sure we had lots of memories to look back at of our time there which is invaluable. Thirdly, you get to cycle on these really comfortable, cool bikes with helmets and Carlo goes at a speed that everyone is happy with. He always makes sure everyone's alright on their bike and the tour goes solely on bike paths so you feel safe throughout. I could keep going, but if you've got this far you've definitely already booked your tour with Carlo, so I'll let it speak for itself. All I'll say now is enjoy! And thank you so much Carlo for a truly great 2.5 hours- I've been raving about it to everyone. I even woke up the next day and wished we could do it again. All the best, Kathryn & Berhe x
We had a wonderful bike tour of Brighton. Very interesting and entertaining. Carlo really looked after us! 2.5 hours flew by. Highly recommend as a great way to see Brighton.
Had a lovely afternoon cycling around Brighton. Carlo was really knowledgeable and delivered this in a cheerful relaxed way.
Fun and informative way of seeing a beautiful town. Easy bike tour to suit all abilities, good value for money. Carlo was so lovely - thank you for a lovely afternoon
Carlo was an excellent guide. The weather was fantastic, and we had great fun on the bicycles. Can highly recommend it.
Carlo was a great guide. Had different types of bike for all heights. Easy for novice cyclists. Very informative he can also suggest great places to eat and visit only locals know. He’s also a photographer so will happily take snapshots for you as you go.
We had a great couple of hours cycling around Brighton. Carlo was very knowledgable with nice anecdotes thrown it for good measure! All in all a good experience and highly recommended.
We really enjoyed our bike tour with Carlos. Interesting quirky facts and going by bike meant you can really pack it in. Also thought it was good value compared to some of the walking tours considering bike hire is included and the length of the tour. Recommend!
Yes we enjoyed the the cycling and the history about Brighton but must admit some places need restoring. Carlos our guide was very knowledgable and very friendly could have been longer.
Carlo... what a great host on a well needed hilarious and educational tour around the streets and beautiful parts of Brighton. Thank you for the experience it was very informative and make us laugh along the way. Great dude, great tour. Definitely recommend. Ryan & Hollie
Carlo is a fantastic guide - he is knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic. My friend and I are not the most experienced cyclists and so, it was very reassuring that Carlo made sure that the entire tour group was safe throughout. The tour itself is full of interesting facts about Brighton and it's a great introduction to the city, especially since Carlo gave us personalised restaurant recommendations at the end! Don't miss this tour!
