The Cherry Tree Guest House

The comfort double room is very small, the bed hard and it's not a real king, just two single mattresses together. The bathroom is tiny too. The bedding not adapted to the season and we requested a double sheet to be put on the bed underneath the duvet, it was provided but we had to make the bed. the staff removed it the next day when making the room! The breakfast options are good, but there is one member of staff who is impossible to contact if things run out, you have to wait for him to appear, we had to wait ten minutes! There is no staff on reception, only between 2-3pm the rest of the time you need to call or ring the bell. That said Andrew was helpful but it would have been useful to speak to a person face to face. Too expensive for the value.

After reading the reviews I didn't hesitate to book for my 2 nights at this B&B. Unfortunately my room was very tatty not nice at all.

We had such a great time staying in the Cherry Tree Guest House. The rooms were clean and lovely decorated, there was a breakfast buffet freshly made every day (also vegetarian and vegan options:) and the owner family was very helpful and super kind! We would come back here any time:) thank you!
