Numa Brighton Pavilion

We stayed at Numa for 5 days. After trying many hotels in Brighton this one is my favorite so far. It's modern, well placed and beautiful ! Because I like to be autonomous I have chosen a room equiped with a kitchen. It was perfect for 4 nights: small fridge, microwave, cooking plates, coffee machine, dishes and a table to eat. Room is equiped with heat cooler. The system of autonomous checkin and checkout is great ! I really appreciate the trust that the hotel put us to. You can easily take the necessary items in a room if you need to: toilet paper, milk, sugar of fresh towels for example. I think it is a great hotel given the price that was lower than some really high priced hotel of Brighton that weren't this good. The neighborhood is quite noisy. My room was at the 2nd floor and with some earplugg (gifted by numa) it was not a problem to sleep well. Especially because the bed is reallyyyyyyyy comfy ! The bed sheets are so soft !!!! Great hotel I recommand it 100%

A very unusual self service hotel with codes instead of regular staff, had a comfortable stay and the amenities were lovely. There were occasionally cleaners around but other than that there are no staff at all, while I appreciate it works well I can't help but feel like it's a bit soulless. Given I can't give service any stars I can't in good faith give it a 5 stars, but nonetheless it was a comfortable stay in an attractive hotel.

Hotel - Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen and amongst many more Cities, Numa is a globally recognised brand. Whether travelling for business or leisure, I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and a modern accommodation. I have stayed here on many occasions this year, and I have had a impressive experience so far. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the facilities were well maintained. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing and maintained the high standards I have come to expect. Staff - Although there are no on-site staff, the process was simple and straightforward, as all relevant information I needed was provided clearly in advance. Communication was prompt whenever assistance was needed, making my stay smooth and hassle-free. Food & Beverage - While there are no dining options available, this was not an issue. There are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and cafés within a easy walking distance to explore for a variety of options, to suit different tastes and budgets. Overall, it was the peaceful environment I was looking for, to unwind and recharge. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, with very little noise, making it easy to relax, focus and get a good night's sleep. The strong and reliable Wi-Fi was a huge plus, whether for work, streaming or staying connected. It was a comfortable and a enjoyable experience, and I would happily return in the future.

Where do I begin. Spent 45 minutes standing in the lobby trying to check in because Numa had a dummy email address on file from my AAdvantage booking, so the check-in link never reached me. The bot couldn't find my reservation despite me giving the correct details. I've never had a check-in experience this frustrating. Please invest in human beings to check people in and deliver even a basic level of service you'd expect at a Premier Inn letalone a premium hotel. Got back to my room after a long day and it sounds like I'm sitting on top of the busiest nightclub in Brighton. Absolutely deafening. Their idea of an apology was a 25% voucher for a future stay. There won't be one. I travel a lot. This is genuinely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Give this one a wide berth.
