Loved the location and we got upgraded to an executive suite with a lovely sea view. Room was cleaned every day and they did an excellent job We have no complaints at all. Only had breakfast the day after arrival and there was so much choice from a cooked breakfast to continental style and the staff were lovely so if we go back to Brighton this would be our first choice.
This was my 1st solo trip and I was quite anxious about it. The hotel was great. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better location. It's right beside the pier and overlooking the sea. The breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from. The hotel was exceptionally clean with great leisure facilities with a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There's a gym too. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it. I want to personally thank staff members AGA & EMELIA, who were so friendly and helpful and made me feel very at ease for my 1st solo holiday. All staff were great but these two really stood out for me. Massive thank you to AGA & EMELIA!
Stayed at the Hotel on Tuesday 25/08/26 for Work. We arrived early, the Receptionist could not have been more helpful, we stored our bags as the Rooms were not quiet ready. When we returned, we were upgraded rooms and given a free drink at the Bar. Amy on the bar was very pleasant & chatty, we had a lovely conversation and she gave us a drink Voucher. The whole stay was fantastic, Service, Rooms & Staff 100%. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection of Hot & Cold food. Thank You
We upgraded o ocen view room. When we entered, noticed it was for handicapped which didn't requested nor like (bathrooms have open shower and is a mees fir us). Front desk changed it immediately upon request. Suggestion for management: this must be told at check in. If not requested, don't assign it. Buffet breakfast was very good despite a lot of people. Eggs made to order if requested. Spacious. We also had one dinner which was nice though short menu and with a 15% discount offered at check in. Parking convenient in -2 or -4. Payable in front desk (aprox 15 pounds per day). Attractions at walking distance. Beach in front of hotel a bit crowded (August). Several families with children.
Absolutely brilliant stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The staff really made the difference. Reception were welcoming, helpful and always pleasant, and the bar staff were great at what they do. The cocktails were fantastic! We added breakfast to our stay and it was definitely worth it, with plenty of choice and really good quality. The best part was being upgraded free of charge to a front-facing sea view room for my partner’s birthday. It was such a lovely surprise and really made our trip extra special. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable, and the whole place felt well looked after. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my partner’s birthday even more memorable!
