lovely hotel and room staff and reception lovely as are the staff in the cofee shop.
Top quality entertainment and the food is ok for the money. Special diets catered for and a generous breakfast provided.
I would recomend it. Mobility scooter hire provided or wheelchairs.
Only thing which could be improved was access as there is steps in and the lifts are quite small.
however it IS possible to visit as a disabled guest which is better than many hotels.
Huge clean tidy and modern rooms and housekeeping staff ensure you have clean towels, soap coffee and wipe your bathroom each day.
Went there with 48 people on a bowls tour. Katarina, the manageress, was very helpful, as were her deputies. The food was very good and always hot. The waiting staff were very obliging and the rooms were cleaned daily. All in all, a very enjoyable trip and with a excellent driver, Daran.
Recently stayed here. Excellent food and service. Came as a couple and our double room could have been with being larger. Discovered later from other single guests on our trip that their twin rooms were much larger than ours. However l would still return to the Imperial where all the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Just got back from our five night break.we went whilst the air show was on. After arriving the staff were informative on the meal times and fire alarms . The dining room experience was really good the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was really nice and plenty of choice too. The only downside was the extreme heat throughout. Although this is out of their control as we were in a heat wave. The did supply fans in the rooms but they were of little use under such extreme heat conditions. Although the air show was on we were disappointed that no trips out were offered . This was not really a valid reason for not doing them as other groups at the hotel were offered them by their agents. It does seem that daishes do not always keep up their trip promises as this is not the first time we’ve been let down. But I must say that apart we had a lovely time and very happy with the staff food drinks and overall holiday and will be there at Christmas . I can would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a value for money well placed hotel
Still on holiday here and can only praise the staff and service provided. Being a celiac and requiring a strict gluten free diet I’m being catered for to a high level. From the time we arrived and our dining table allocated the staff have gone out of their way to provide all I need and provide is varied menu and very good food. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic, but clean although a few more hanging hooks would help. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Imperial.
