A pleasurable stay - Once again a v pleasurable stay at the guest house. Rich and Mark looked after us v well. Carafe of cold water and an excellent fan in our King sea view were v welcome on the hottest day of the year. Room and public areas are immaculate abd beautifully decorated with pooky lighting and stylish furniture. We love the guest lounge and appreciated the fridge and port! A sea side retreat to sure be revisited! This was our 3rd time .
We had the absolute pleasure of staying for one night at the East Beach Guest House, run by the fantastic Mark and Rich. What a wonderful find! The King room we stayed in was beautifully curated. With a keen eye for interiors, I truly appreciated the thoughtful design and flawless attention to detail. The crisp, luxury clean bed linens made for an incredibly comfortable night's sleep, and the small touches—like having a proper coffee machine in the room—really elevated the whole experience. Mark and Rich were wonderful hosts and gave us a brilliant recommendation to eat at the local pub, which was just a lovely, scenic walk up the river. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend booking here if you are in the area!

My favourite guest house when kitesurfing in Littlehampton! The East Beach Guest House is an oasis of peace, comfort and relaxation. Every detail in the house was carefully thought of, dare I say with love. From high quality bedding to toiletries and the drawing room facing the sea. Hosts Mark and Richard are the sweetest and they make you feel right at home. I am a repeat fan and can't wait to be back ❤️
We had an absolutely lovely stay at East Beach Guest House. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived and we were very impressed by the quality of hospitality and the level of care Mark and Richard put into what they do. The house is so pretty and beautifully decorated with a lovely collection of oil paintings. The lounge with a sea view made a great place to enjoy a complimentary glass of port in the evening as well as a delicious breakfast the next morning. We had a good chat about the local area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This place is a gem.
