A good place for a comfortable golf weekend away. The rooms are good and so is the service. The courses are reasonably challenging and a decent for your golf. Buggies are available and they have a very small driving range facility. Flimwell, which is 5 minutes away has 6 Tesla chargers which can also be used by non Tesla owners. The hotel has 2 chargers( 50 kwh) which are pricey.
Had a lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. 2 course dinner was delicious and highly recommended and so was the breakfast. Worth a visit. See you next time!
I’ve no interest in golf but came here just to stay the night. It’s dated and over-priced. The rooms have no ventilation for hot weather. My ground floor room had no windows except a sliding glass door that I wasn’t prepared to leave open at night or when I wasn’t in the room. All this for only £186.50 on a Sunday night. I can’t recommend this hotel but there’s not much choice locally really.
Awful, rooms dark and smell damp, nowhere to dry anything, no hangers, 1 towel given for 2 guests, tv signal shocking, 2 plug sockets only, no drawers. Swimming pool clean and nice temp but nowhere to really change. Menu breakfast lovely but English needs work. Staff need training in customer service. Would of had a better experience in a tent!!
Fantastic hotel and staff. Rooms were great and we were upgraded promptly due to a door lock issue. The suite we were given was fantastic. Food amazing and the golf courses are stunning. Woosnam definitely much harder to walk, so recommend the buggies.
