Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and customer service issues. When we arrived, one member of staff insisted that the booking wasn’t in my name, even though it was. She came across as quite abrupt and unwelcoming, which wasn’t a great start to our stay. In contrast, another member of staff spoke excellent English, was very friendly, and was the only person who made us feel welcome. When we entered the apartment, the bathroom door handle was lying in the kitchen, and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed. We immediately contacted the property via WhatsApp because there was no one at reception, but we received no response. The following morning, I had an event to attend and needed to use the hairdryer provided in the room. However, the plug was bent and appeared to have partially melted, making it clearly unsafe and unusable. I messaged again at 8:00 a.m. to report this, and the response I received was, “I’m preparing breakfast right now.” While the hairdryer was eventually replaced, it was far too late for me to use it before I had to leave. When we checked out the next day, we mentioned the broken bathroom door handle again. We were told, “We know—the previous guests complained about it too, but we can’t do anything.” I found that response surprising, as it meant they were already aware of the issue before we arrived but still let the apartment without fixing it. Overall, the maintenance issues, poor communication, and lack of urgency in resolving problems made this a disappointing stay. I do want to acknowledge the friendly English-speaking member of staff, who was polite and helpful, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the experience.

3.5 stars This place was a mixed bag. PROS: Fantastic location! Room seemed clean, modern, and cozy, with well functioning climate control. The bed had a foam mattress (a rare gem in PT!) CONS: As others have noted, upon closer inspection the longer you are there, the lower the quality appears. The bathroom door only closed halfway, and the door handle falls off. The flusher button panel above the toilet falls off. The counters are of cheap particle board so they are warped and damaged from sink moisture. There is a kettle and coffee machine but nowhere in the kitchen area to plug it in. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and there didn't seem to be a button to turn the one over the stove on. Speaking of the stove, it was fairly useless as there wasn't much in the way of cookware. And when we wanted to check-in at 3:30 the woman was at lunch— which would've been fine if we'd been informed that the front door code is the same code to get into our room. However, we had to figure that out for ourselves. Since we only stayed one night (and the bed really is super comfortable!), it was okay for us. But others should be aware of the reality here.

A clean room with a bathroom. Nothing more and nothing less. Service was brilliant. A basket full of breakfast delivered for the ordered time ! Great . It’s in the city and everything is around what you need.

The location is perfect and the coffee/tea/cookies on-site are nice... That's about it. The covers and a pillow were dirty with unknown fluids while the sheets had holes. The button panel for the toilet fell off. The wiring in the bathroom is faulty and communication via WhatsApp felt terse, uncaring and rather rude. Luggage was stored, but didn't realize it would just be left out in the open unattended....reasonable price and great location, but wouldn't recommend overall.
