Greetings; They pour used glass water bottles from one to another after coming from the table! To serve again! Highly recommend against eating here. 4 cm cockroaches, greasy cutlery aiding disease spread, dirty glasses. One of the employees was wipping of the inside of a coffee cup ready to serve with the micro-fibre cloth used to clean the sink; caught doing this more than once. Unhappy staff with negatively manipulative management. Thank you for the time Mr.Sousa

Charming hotel in an excellent location just metres from the old town centre. Room was comfortable and clean. What stood out was the outstanding service from the entire staff. Especially helpful was Ana and the front desk who went out of her way to help with any of our requests. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel - grand in a truly old fashioned way with lots of character and ambience. Yes, you can book into a flash modern hotel but this provides you with a calm and sense of peace that the others cannot. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend.

Worn out hotel that needs a proper renovations. Very poor sound insulation and you can hear everything from the next room. Heating/air conditioning was uncontrollable. Terrible breakfast with just some bare minimum offered. Location is great but I won't visit this again.
