The location was the best! Such a great area to stay. Room was immaculate. Great attention to our needs, and really responsive to our text questions. Will stay again next time we are in Boston. Ask to book private parking for your stay! Great feature if available.
This place was perfect from the moment we entered: smelled good, perfectly cool with MiniSplits (fantastic system,). Kitchen stocked with high quality cookware, super comfortable pull out couch and comfortable bedding. The location couldn’t be more perfect. I would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful time at Thatch! It was in a great location with access to everything including tourist attractions and restaurants and cafes. It was spacious and very comfortable for our family! The only thing I would change is that when we were reaching out asking for help with items that were missing (toaster, out of shampoo, etc…), we were often ignored or sent an AI response and we never really received the help that we needed. I would recommend having an actual human respond to the texts in the future.
The location was perfect and the price was reasonable! I walked tona coffee shop each morning and through the park on my way to my training. I was so close to North End and other great neighborhoods and felt like I was living the millionaire life. Check in and out was seamless and the kitchen was everything I wanted. I can't wait to stay here next time I visit Boston! The elevator works but is about 4x4 feet. The only thing broken was no bubbles in the tub.
We love staying at J. Miller Flats! Not only is it a great location in Beacon Hill, with stores and restaurants right outside your door, it also checks all the boxes you would expect: clean room, comfy bed, easy entry. But what we really love is these flats all have kitchens! That makes it so easy to stock a few things for a lazy, cozy breakfast instead of deciding then waiting to be fed somewhere, or a yummy home cooked meal so we can visit with our family there just like home! Thatch will even send you a link to have your groceries delivered so they will be there when you arrive. This location makes our visits to Boston extra special.
